The Simple Workout Log tracks your last weight and reps for the exercise that you create. This Workout Log does not have useless information like how to do a push up and etc. It simply does what the name implies, it logs your last workout.
The Simple Workout Log was born out of necessity, living in the 21st century I realized that brining my pen and journal to the gym was just not going to work anymore. Im sure we can all relate that a pen constantly falling onto the ground is the most annoying thing in the world especially when you are trying to focus on whats import, LIFTING THEM WEIGHTS!

Would like to see a setting to change pounds to kilograms as this is what my gym uses. I have to convert first before in putting, which makes a not so simple app. Would give this more stars if this could be added.
