Clearly the BMI calculator is crap. I compete in men's physique comp's & my body fat at present is roughly 10% so can it come to the conclusion I'm overweight utter rubbish.

Mostly i liked one thing i shud specify that this app does not ask for unnecessary permissions like photos, media files n other personal stuff access while most apps do which is very annoying compromising ones privacy.

Kind of lacks info. Wish there were more healthy foods to choose from. Something to show how to burn fat instead of building muscles right off. The weight exercises shows a man and huge muscles, need a woman in regular size doing easier excersies. The one thing I do like is the info you put in, it does give you your body massage index. Gives you tips on how to eat and what to eat.

This app is nice but it need more information according to health.. in shot it should have diet and workout chart as per BMI. Many animations don't give enough information. Those needs to be replaced with actual videos.

If you know what you're doing when it comes to lifting and working out, this app suits as a good reminder of many core powerlifts. The illustration is simple yet effective. Straight to the point and many to choose from. I can see myself picking a body part and running through the variety of exercises with ease at the gym.

The app seems to be a great concept. This app seemed amazing at first I was super excited when I signed up for it, but when using it I did not like it. The app gave me a great routine but when I hit let's train that same workout routine is not there. The V-up suggestion sounded amazing but when I went to start that routine was nowhere to be found.

I use this app for exercises. Its very smooth not bulky unlike good apps which have too many stuff on there but freeze due to that. The graphics are lovely and create a nice interface...

Next to none. Especially for the diet. To start with it calculate my real base metabolic rate with 30% error. Well, it is trivial, exercising cannot lose weight. It is too rigid judging the state (half a kilo can not be dramatic chane). Seems it app has just few fixed messages. Well, sorry.

the diagrams are off point i.e. stiff leg deadlift diagram shows bending of the knees and is not for your lats they are for hamstring stretch

NO FOOD PLAIN, JUST SHOWS PICTS OF 12 DIFFRENT FOODs WITH THE FOOD DEFINITION. UM PEOPLE KNOW WHAT EGGS ARE. AND I'M 6 FOOT 140LBS AND SAYS I'M OVER WEIGHT . ONLY A DUE WORKOUTS FOR EACH BODY PART.

The explanation of the exercises is very easy to follow. Being a new starter, more information on how many reps, weight love limits to begin with would be helpful. The diet area is too vague and not comprehensive enough yo be if any real benefit. Will use the weight guide but the rest nerds work.

I like the app but it would be cool to show a routine with cardio, muscle training to produce faster weight loss and instructions on how to different sets ( meaning' that a set of reps could be present to follow) and by doing so the app will be appropriate for some one searching a start because then he or she can have a map to follow. The hardest thing about loosing weight is not having that map to go by. I and many others desiring to reach a healthy body would eat up such an app as yours.

A picture depicts a thousand words and moving ones take it to the next level. A damn good app.. Yes needs a gym and weigh training equipment but different strokes for different folks.... Get into beast mode in life, at the gym at work and at play.. Be the hulk you always wanted to be.

Great app for doing good with just about anything you need to work on. I do a lot of sports and until I got this app it was a struggle for me to catch my breath and keep up with everyone, now I'm varsity basket ball and baseball for collage and I'm in a junior in high school. I recommended this app

Fitness calculator... I think this is not showing the correct result, according to internet, the weight I should have, is not the weight this app had. Both readings (application's and the internet source) were different... So I don't think that this is good.

There are far more useful fitness apps out there. Free ones as well, that give you nutrition plans, etc. This particular app seems to know your body fat ratio simply by looking at your height and weight. Impossible. The exercises are easy to follow, yes. But there is absolutely no motivation beyond the app telling you whether you're obese or not. Which isn't really motivating anyone. I suggest checking out 6 pack promise from athlean x. Even the free version offers far more than this piece of garbage could.

I downloaded this app because i see good remarks made by people but when i downloaded it the app is just super crap!!! Trash. If u click the button "lets train" all exercise are about hand muscles. Another button called "calculate'" and its like only calculate ur BMI. and show remarks if ure fat or thin and giving u such a crap advise . Stupid app ever !!!!!!!

Great app, very simple instructions and easy to do. I manage to do at least 30 mins a day, if not more. If i get stuck with what area I want to work on, I have a sneaky look. Great

Exercise images easy to follow although very basic exercises, No proper meal plan and no matter what weight i put in in the calculator it said I was obese. From 166 lbs to 140 lbs, i was still obese. Not Good !!

Lacks a lot of things. Build an exercise routine por starters with exercise combinations, how many sets or repetitions, build a nutrition plan too. Its only OK, nothing to rave about.

I'm 5 foot 6 170 pounds mostly muscle and it says I'm overweight because thinks I'm fat. Lol How can it give me accurate workout with assuming all that?

I loved this app. Its ur pocket gym guide. It has all the key exercises which u can do at ur home only. U don't need to go out. I'll recommend this app to every single person out who wants to lean out.
