Gym Workouts & Fitness for Android
It is a great app. I have had good time using. The only confusion is based on the type of exercises given. There are plenty to choose from and i think they should have been divided in two or 3 parts. This would help to change the work out involving one body part. Otherwise great stuff compared to other that i have used before.
I think it it's the best gym app that I have ever download...b coz it really helps me to build my body n also encourage me to keep this habit for a long time by it's tips....I love this app.. n wanna say thanks to makers of this app.......tnk q.....
Opened the app, did not even let me experience the app. Ads started to pop up and distracted the experience. guys....give user a day or two to experience the app. Let them setup and then throw ads on their face. May be good app but was not even able to test it....
Great app..It really is helpful for any body from a begginer to someone who has been training for years. Getting the body you want is not as hard as people think if you do it right. You have to understand what it is your doing and what the cause and effects of different ways of training are to get the most out of your work outs... This app really helps you in understanding that.
I am thoroughly enjoying this App, the functionality and diversity is insane. The ads are a little distracting but I don't mind much since I am using the FREE VERSION
This is An Excellent App for the people who are going Gym Regularly, it helps to improve the Diet followed by us before and after the workout. It gives many usefull tips specially for the regular Gym Hitters.. Please use this App .. Very very usefull information..
Its so useful app and easy to follow the steps. I love the notification you receive as reminder and never get boring using this app. I recommend to my friends as well.
I love it so far I needed a simple workout plan to follow since am really not good at planning and this app so happens to have everything exercise I need
No need to have a coach with this app on your mobile phone. Very good in guiding not only for workouts but also for what one should consume before and after workout. Great app.
With adds or without adds you are the best. And if the adds are helping you even a bit , it make no sens to reduce them. All the best wishes and keep it like that. Many thanks.
This app has a ridiculously number of pop ups when using the app and since installing this app I received pop ups on my phone... Fix that and I'll remove the 1 star to a 5 start. Thank you
This app is very useful and update, i use it for my daily work out and i see some results already for my first 2 weeks.

Very useful and helpful app. Easy to use, especially for a beginner. Loved the video demonstration of each exercise.
It's a great app not only does it show you how to do exercises, it also helps with the the type of food to eat

Just a worthless app it doesn't state which training works for which muscle and every option has to be paid for regardless of its effect, also adds pop out all the time in an annoying way as if I was playing a youtube video, if they are using adds why the hell each plan has to be paid for??!!
Very nice app. But ads pop ups in between.....
App is great and full of info, my only complaint is that it shuts down Pandora and other music apps when running, but otherwise the videos and work out plans are great!
Good : there are regular tips on health and workout. Need to improve : please add workout videos that are different like,multi joint exercises. Much better video quality. A bit less ads...

Great app for fitness and weight lifting. Really love the daily notifications/mini-articles. They are very short and sweet and to the point, very useful information in less than a minutes read.
Works well . only issue I have is I can't add my own exercises to my program
If you follow this trick then no need of PT or other Diet plan..here you will get the both in just free of cost...amazing App &Motivation too
It's articles and workouts are awesome, I'm sure they could widen the range on the excersises slightly but the articles accompanying the workouts are exemplary and so relevant! I am so glad I downloaded this app
In lunges exercise knee is going beyond toes, its not good form

Brilliant for beginners like me ....It helps me know what machines ,and what lifts are for which part of the body and how to perform them properly. ..plus some good tips on diet and protein .
Not sure if I am missing something but I am unable to track my trainings (even after paying for buying a plan). there seems to be no way to track a session as you go through it in terms of weight/reps etc.. , it's all based on 'load percentage' and I am not sure what that is supposed to mean (and I don't find a way to change it anyway!). prettu much a 'read only app'. without a proper tracker it's of no use to me, just a collection of nice videos I could look up on youtube for free

Its must for gym newbies as it shows accurate way of various workouts.
Most people do not know the names of particular exercises and with the assistance of a real life video for each exercises is excellent! I'll definitely recommend this app to anyone!
Annoying daily notifications about articles. I don't want this on my phone.
Too many ads, and those ads cover routines making it useless.
I just loved this app. This app contains everything that I want! Great app! I enjoyed it a lot! It has a great concept of personal coaching and also nutritional ideas are given in it! Great work guys!

I use this app a lot. I would give five stars but there are some things I would change. Like leave a space for my own workouts as opposed to only be able to pick from the ones available, also when saying research suggests...link to the original research article so I can do my own research on the subject. Other than that pretty great app. I love the videos! Even though they don't always match with what's written still good.
