Been fit a while. Tried this app. Excellent. Works the core immediately. Great for warmup and pre-cool down. Ideal for beginners as well. I reiterate, just get it.
I like having the flexibility to change the time on each rep to challenge myself. I wish there was a feature to skip or fast forward to another exercise instead of letting the time go.
This app illustrates proper plank posture, runs through several plank poses with timer which you can adjust in 10 second increments.

Great little app, but every time I use it I have to remember to reset the settings. The timings don't save and the reminder (beep) turns itself off.
