WORKetc CRM + Projects + More for Android
This app is really good. It's not the full version of worketc that I would love to see one day but their website works 100% on mobile so no worries there. This app is very robust. I especially like to use it to check on the statuses of tickets and to make updates to our customer database. I highly recommend it.

It's a pretty good app. Could be a bit more robust, but it's good for checking ticket workload and making small updates. Seems like it could flow a little better, but I'm not sure what to suggest with my limited use as of yet.
Our field technicians have the company crm at their fingertips with this neat little app. The support case feature allows them to update their jobs in realtime and send the completed jobs back to our manager for review/invoice instantly instead of having to wait for paperwork to come back to the office. Also the ability to click on a customers address from the app and open straight into google maps for navigation is amazing.
A very user friendly layout. Smooth environment that works great over wifi or data. I love the timesheets, they help me stay organized. Also the ability to add support tickets is perfect for out of office calls. The new layout is easier on the eyes and streamlined to work flawlessly over data.
I really like using Work ECT for my business. It helps me manage projects, marketing to potential customers and tracking income and expenses. It has nearly everything I am looking for in a CRM.

I wanted location independence for my business and this app was the clincher that sold me on using WorkETC for my entire business operations. VERY well done, and I'm in the mobile app manufacturing business myself! The learning curve for the entire system is rough, but worth the pain. The Support from this company is over the top amazing. (But you will need them to get started...)
All information is in one place, accessible day or night. Remote online management of employees is now possible centrally, with seamless scheduling and no need for long-winded telephone conversation
We are using WORKetc primarily as CRM and project management tool. This product allow us to keep close contact with our clients and manage our internal web development projects. The Android mobile app makes it easy to quickly add new items (tasks, contacts, leads) right from the front page of the app, which is exactly what you want on a mobile version of a service like this. It does provide most of the functionality of the desktop version too - If I am out of the office and need to respond to a customer, the application makes this very easy, and as a result helps improve customer response time.
This app lets me work even while I sipping coffee in the coffee shop. I am a lawyer and it's really useful in court when I need to access case information. It's great.
Update for latest version: The latest updates have really improved the app. Nothing has been taken away, so all the good stuff from my original post still applies. The contacts page has become great. The ability to quickly filter the list (and to do so with all the options available) is amazing. So easy to use. Secondly, being able to view the knowledge base on the go is a godsend. We keep settings and various client info in our KB and it was terrible not being able to figure out which server I'm supposed to connect to (or whatever) when I can't get to the website. Orig (shortened): It looks a lot prettier and has a lot more similarities to what you can do on the website. Things that make this especially useful for me: 1) The ease of adding timesheets. If I want to add them via a timer, there's an option for that. If I want to add an entry after that the fact, with all the details I could possibly need, there's an option for that too. Both are super useful options when you're away from your desk but want to make sure you've properly recorded your activities. 2) Support cases. Really useful to be able to see how far along you are with support cases when on the go.
It used to work fine; now it just crashes when I view support cases.
I can now run my entire business from the palm of my hand.
the app is easy to use. I am on the go I can create a time sheet on the fly. I attach tasks directly to the client. I can upload expense receipts from my phone directly to my project. I take a few minutes to complete my tasks instead of having to head back to the office and regroup and complete the tasks. the app makes the process much more efficient. I also like that when I exit out of the app it does not stay open, I must reenter my password, thus protecting my clients and myself. I like that my recent activities are the first screen I see. It keeps me current as my teammates enter their activities and we move the company forward and on track.
OK - So I am updating my review because this latest release fixed a lot of the issues I was having. I think the performance issues I have now are due to my device, because when nothing else is running - this app rocks and is fast. Great for on the go updates while at my clients office. I use this on my android tablet and prefer it to using the iphone app on my ipad - although doable. Great updates - keep them coming!
I have used the iPhone and desktop versions which are slightly better but it's still very useful for my work. I use timesheets and TODOs daily so it's great if I have forgotten to submit some times for a project I can still do them on my commute home. Just an update on my review. Since the updates the WorkEtc app is much cleaner and easy to use. I work from home for part of the week and it has proved invaluable for keeping contacts close to hand or being able to quickly check our work calendar to see if staff are in the office. Performance-wise the app is a lot more snappy and responsive and the design and layout have been overhauled to good effect. A definite recommendation for WorkEtc users.
Currently, I am using Work[etc] primarily as CRM and project management tool. This products allow us to keep close contact with our clients and manage internal development projects such as websites. When I first took a look at the Android mobile app, the first thing I noticed was the color association. For me it was red for Support Cases, and orange for Projects. This really helps to distinguish the work areas I use the most. There are 3 areas that have the same color orange (Tasks, Projects, Time Sheet), however icon association helps to distinguish the difference very easily. Another obvious benefit is the mobility of this app. If I am out running an errand and need to respond to a customer, the application makes this very easy, and helps improve customer response time! Also one of the great features over a desktop application is the Snap a Picture. This is much easier to do with a phone or tablet. This is VERY effective and a time saver when debugging client issues. If I had to add one thing I would add Smart Lists to the menu screen. This is a great feature in Worketc.
Compare to some other ticketing systems out there, this app is great. I like that both the Android and Apple OS apps have the same functionality. I have this installed on several versions of Android and they all work well. Our time keeping has gotten much better since it is so easy to add time. I also like that this app isn't a super stripped down version of the service.
The new UI is awesome and the app is actually now much more functional than before when previously it was more about reviewing current progress - with this app, we can actually comment and function almost as if we were on desktops. The leads functionality is far more improved as this is the primary use of the mobile app - we can change and edit leads as we need. The contact search is still a bit of a work in progress - couldn't quite get the download of all the contacts to the local device to work as we've got nearly 4000 contacts in the database. Overall though - great work and look forward to the next revision.
This is going to help you and your staff and more importantly your clients are going to love you for beginning to use now. Internal and external communications will increase your efficiencies.

The support team is great. The ability to link projects and leads to invoices and also then create templates with PayPal button changed our work flow from struggling to cash flow. Thanks for this great app!
With this app on my pocket, I don't need the desktop anymore.
It was the mobile app and integrated approach to business management that initially attracted me to WORK[etc] 4 years ago, but the new mobile app is light years ahead of the old one. Tracking everything that's happening in the business - Sales Leads, Projects, Tasks, Billing and Support all on the move is great, but in particular being able to respond to Support Tickets and Discussion directly in the app have been a HUGE benefit. I can afford to go out more now, but need to learn to maybe turn my phone off occasionally ;-)
Great app! Great worketc team work constantly on app improvement.
Although it looks great and is actually able to be used on the road, was continuously crashes on htc with lollipop. But they fixed overnight! Still can't edit but believe they are hopefully fixing that..
The app before this re-styling needed a lot of work. This version has ticked a lot of boxes that the old version didn't even knew existed. It looks a lot prettier and has a lot more similarities to what you can do on the website. Especially when you have an SLA with a client and need to make sure you respond within a certain amount of time.
Robust web-interface, coupled with Android app, along with full integration with Google Apps for Business + every other type of business management tool including invoicing makes this the best CRM system on the planet! To top it off, it is easy to use!
Up there with all the good ones, but very modern in comparison to some of those. Google and third party integration all at a very reasonable price
Love how complete this software fits my business!
Awesome app!
Very poor
I like that I can check details of my projects on the mobile. Though I don't have all the options that are available on the demo pictures! Notifications of form filling would be nice but i don't even get that in the full software yet. Hope to see many updates bringing new features.
This app has critical weaknesses making it useless for our company. On my galaxy nexus the font is so small its completely unreadable and unusable. It's sluggish. Our sites guess want to use the CRM on the airplane and overseas where we don't have internet, and this app doesn't support disconnected use. I almost gave up on worketc because this is one of the first features I tested during evaluation. Worketc userid is great, but this app isn't on par.
I really love WORKetc - it is incredible for project management and tracking. The mobile version really leaves a lot to be desired. It has an unpolished feel and is pretty unintuitive. If they overhauled the app and made it work on ICS, it would be killer.
Work Etc. is a powerful tool. My complaint for a single operation like myself is that the software does not give quick clear views of todos, leads, commissions, etc. Sorting is also very limited. Reports are clunky and not very useful. Can't even complete todos from the phone.
90 % of the time the app hangs or is completely unresponsive. Definitely not reliable enough to count on which makes it pretty useless in my eyes. The issues are consistent between my Motorola ATRIX phone and Asus transformer tablet so must be the norm.
We have just started with Worketc but both solution wise and service wise it is incredible. Thumbs up.

Very nice app. I love to use it to keep track of my tickets that are assigned to my group. It's also a great way to keep up with my company contacts. Very helpful.
