The Worcester Guarantee Registration app provides you with a simple way to register your Worcester boiler.
By scanning the gas boiler label code, all the appliance information is populated, so you just need to fill out the property’s and installer’s details.
The guarantee registration app also allows you to register our Greenstar oil boilers, Greenstar System Filter, Wave smart control, Greenstar Sense controls and Greenstar Comfort controls.
Features include:
· Label code scanner – Populates the registration form with the individual Greenstar boiler information.
· Offline save function – Allows you to return to the registration at a later date and complete it at a time convenient to you
· Find my location tool and postcode look up - To assist in completing customer details (internet connectivity required)
· Notes section – For installers wishing to register when back in the office or for entering their company specific job reference
· Guarantee history – For repeat usage; search by date, name as well as draft, pending and submitted registrations from the last 6 months

This has to be the worst app. The qbr label is so small that this app can't read it. I can't register my filter at all so must phone to register as the serial isn't accepted. The whole faulty registration has taken an hour and I still have to 0hone anyway. Wake up worcester!

This app is fine. It lets you enter your details and upload them. The QR scanner button activates the camera, detects the QR barcode and there are green lights in the corner. The camera window closes but the form is not filled in with the serial number. So you have to type it in anway. Another broken feature is the postcode lookup. No matter the format you use (lower or upper case, with or without spaces) it doesn't recognise valid post codes. So not bad but not worth installation of yet another app.

Had to reset my phone and this means all the data associated to my Worcester Bosch boiler's have been lost?! The app should have a simple login process attached to my gmail account - this would make the app perfect.

Why can't it store the repetitive entries like business name, address, gas safe no.etc I mentioned this to Worcester on Twitter but I don't think anyone reads it :-(

Only reason I downloaded the app was so I could save time by using qr code but that doesn't work. Wasted 20 minutes then uninstalled and went and did it on laptop

Few things need to be fixed but works great, could do with some more features, like adding it to gas safe, being able to scan codes of the filter and control and not only the boiler.
