Woolworths Money App

The app doesn't display the barcode of the rewards card when tapped, so I can't scan it in-store and have to carry an extra card on my person. Makes no sense when tapping rewards card brings up all other details including card number. Will update my review to 5 stars if this basic feature is added.

Pretty good app for keeping track of your gift cards and rewards. When I bought a new phone recently it did keep on trying to add some unknown card everytime I opened the app even if I had previously hit cancel our tried to add it to see if that would fix the problem but in the last couple of days seems to have fixed itself. The main improvement I would like to see and why I can't give it 5 stars is it should have NFC support so when I want to pay using an e-gift card I can tap the phone instead of having to enter the code and pin. If they added this I world definitely give it 5 stars!

Keeps asking for my rewards password to access the rewards card I added. This is super annoying and plain stupid considering the supposed convenience of scanning barcode off the phone. Do you expect me to have the time to do that during checkout? Do you expect me to be connected to the internet?

Good app to keep all your egiftcard numbers handy. However, it frequently dont accept a new giftcard number. So it is very frustrating. Woolies should look into having this bug fixed.

Pathetic application. Password requirement are different from standard and the pin does not work after 2-3 weeks. Have to call the helpdesk every 2 weeks to reset the password

All egift cards on one app saves papers and printouts only downside got offer for credit card click not interested but yet still opens website on browser and ofter stays in app still can not remove, need to fix website link or glitch. New glitch asks me to enter password and then repeats after 5 seconds. Password was change same issue

I originally said: "I used to use this all the time to track the value of my eGift cards. Now, it's broken. Cards that have no value show still themselves as having a value. Most times I cannot add a new eGift card - it just doesn't accept the card number. In summary, this app aims to track something as valuable as cash but fails to do it. Avoid." After updating the app as suggested, it seems to be working as expected.

Doesn't show all transactions (only last 10) or full description compared to website. Prone to crashing esp when entering new gift card.

Sporadically can't add new eGift cards. Existing gift cards show the wrong balance. Calls to the Woolworths API seem to fail the app shows as offline. Running 2.5.0 (555).

Much better now that you have a barcode for your rewards card. It would ne great if you could add an option to include your mydan's card as well. That way you can have all your woolworths cards in one spot. At the moment I have to have a separate app for my dan's :(

Still can't add new egift card after the update. Please fix asap. It is getting annoying to keep track of egift card balance!

Adding new woolies gift card goes offline from time to time. It could stay offline for a weeks

I've been using this app for years but in recent months have not been able to add new cards

this moring this app is not working properly, takes ages to start up, and can not add new giftcard.

Can't use the app anymore to add wish gift cards. It no longer prompts for the pin number :(

Exactly what I wanted a simple app that keeps track of my gift card and egift card balances. Please don't update unless new features are value add to the users.

Used to be a great app but since the upgrade no longer displays the balance of my egift cards.

After updating, it takes 2 minutes logging in everytime super super slow

love the app very convenient for my gift cards however I am using an android phone and I cannot see my Rewards card barcode anywhere. For a short time I used a work iphone and installed the app on that and had no problem seeing the Rewards card barcode. How can I get this on my android as I have to also locate this card as well as my app when I make purchases, painful!

Good, but could be better. Would be nice to be able to scan your Rewards barcode with the app. Also needs to work better with a poor connection, as the internet inside many Woolworths stores is very poor, and it can take a long time for the app to load which means you're standing at the register waiting for it.

**Update 20/6** New version of the app is working again. Hooray! Very easy to use simple app. **SEE UPDATE BELOW** This app used to be good but with the recent update we're now unable to view statements?! Every time they are downloaded the app crashes before you can view it. Not exactly helpful when this is the only option to view them. Statements being emailed instead of just an email directing us to the non working app would be a vast improvement. **UPDATE** Despite this comment, a phone call and numerous email submissions the app still hasnt been fixed. Still unable to download or view our statement. Im assuming this means we arent required to pay this month and will not be penalised.

Used to show balances but since last update it shows UNABLE TO LOAD. Very annoying. Fixed by having to re login all personal details as if it were never used before & it all works like it used to.

Why cant I add my rewards card to the app? It keeps saying please entre a valid number. I scan the bar code or type the numbers in both doesnt work.

No longer able to add my family's rewards cards to the app. Constantly getting "Invalid rewards card number" message. Called 3 times and no one has has been able to assist at all.

Brought egift cards, but the app does not accept card number. Said invalid. So cannot keep track of balance. Frustrating!!

After a lot of difficulty setting this up I finally got it to work and it seems okay it's functional

Can you use the app to purchase stuff with the gift card money? Or to make a purchase do you still need the actual card

It would be better if you can use a bar code at the register and to load information

All my E gift cards are in my mobile, its very convenient app. One suggestion: Add a bar code for reward card so that I dont need to carry around my card and simply can scan it through my phone.
