New Straits Times, Malaysia's oldest newspaper, is now available for the Android Tablet.
The NST application offers a selection of interesting stories, commentaries, photos and multimedia (audio/video) in daily editions that you can download five times a week, from Monday to Friday, via Wi-Fi or cellular network, for offline reading.
Your daily NST for the Android Tablet will include:
- articles from various sections of the New Straits Times, making full use of the Android Tablet's interactive navigation capabilities
- high resolution photos in full screen detail
- daily galleries of the day's major events, as well as historical photo essays from our extensive archives
- videos that give a fresh perspective on news events

For now it's five, covering the ease for reading newspaper on my tablet. But I wonder if all the issues will be free? If yes, this remains a five star for me :)

Please make options to download issue with no video, file to big to download sometimes. And make downloading while reading feature. Otherwise AWESOME

Great for catching up on news. Excellent design, but please support 7" screens. Also takes a long time to download and install issues even over wifi.

Ouch, shouldn't it suppose to cater all type of mobile device e.g smartphone other than tablet..i give 3 stars..will install it on tablet to see how it do..

Cant browse smoothly, takes too long to download, and keeps receiving a message saying its not compatible with my Samsung 8.9 Tablet? I thought this app is FOR tablets..

Agree with Mohd Ashraf (April 13, 2012) but the experience on 7" tablet (eg, Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus, HTC Flyer, Acer Iconia Tab A100 & Lenovo IdeaPad A1) not as good as tablets with larger screen. Any 1024x600 version? Thanks!
