DJ RayLove

RAYLOVE was born Ray A. Gonzalez in the Bronx, NY. He is a very talented DJ with over twenty years of experience. Growing up in the South Bronx during the nascent years of Hip Hop influenced RayLove’s passion for music. Watching the likes of Grand Master Flash, DJ “Grand Wizard” Theodore and other early hip hop pioneers battle and “jam” in the housing-project playgrounds and parks in DJ RayLove’s neighborhood of Port Morris was pivotal in influencing his passion for the turntables and mixer. At a young age DJ RAYLOVE was already selling mixtapes and performing at parties, and word of his skills spread quickly. Soon he was renting space and charging at the door. He invested in quality DJ equipment as soon as he could afford to, and it wasn’t long before he was working in NYC night clubs, including the legendary Palladium.
