Easy, strait forward

Does anyone else have problems with scheduling a drug test? This is crazy! Ive been waiting all morning for an email to schedule a drug test, so that I can work. I haven't been able to communicate an actual human being. No one has told me if I could accept a job, without getting a drug test. This is stupid!

I still haven't been paid for my first job and it's been almost a month. They told me I should have been paid the following Friday. Support has been slow, unbothered, and unhelpful. Also most of my jobs were cancelled with very short notice.

Been working a week and already worked 3 jobs and been paid for 2 of them. Just leaving my 3rd shift.

I feel their background check was intrusive. What they said will be used is kinda scary. Talk to my neighbours? Is that even legal?

Had some big problems going on and they fix it within a couple days. I didn't seem like they were going to what they did and I'm very happy with their work. Thank you so much for taking care of me.

Wonolo is awesome! Okay jobs ops. Not enough jobs: even in San Francisco. But it pays really good and just like they say, every 3 days from Approved jobs. I only hate not getting deposits on weekends even tho my account welcomes them. But overall you will love it. Also there is a lag on receiving job notifications. I stood right next to a Requestor while he posted a job and it still did not show up on my app. Definitely a quirk that needs to be resolved. I miss out on jobs that way. Fix that and Wonolo would be the Bomb!!

Never any jobs in my area. They shpuld specify the cities where work is available. Nobody will drive over 100 miles for a general labor job. Thats ridiculous. Unistalling

Had some issues in the beginning but they were resolved. Them not having a number to call can be really aggravating at times.

I like the concept of the app but the problem is, there is some jobs that want you to work as a regular employee but it doesn't have it in the app for the "OK" so I was afraid to work any overtime or such thinking I won't get paid. Also, I have accepted some jobs then the app kicked me out due to someone claiming it already, like why is the job even posted then? This app is a but sloppy but with a bit more communication and a actual PHONE NUMBER, tho app will be good.

Never received an on board interview to start working. I emailed them to correct this. Didn't receive not one reply. I missed out on so many jobs in my area because of this.

Not enough variety of jobs within reasonable commute distance and the pay is extremely low for San Francisco Bay Area. You are almost volunteering your time. It is sad to see this knowing SF is where Wonolo is actually located.

Been 5 days, did not get paid for my last job and customer service is sub-par. Arrive 10 minutes early at job, pressed the start button, couple hours later I get an email saying I'm a no show. Took about 9 to 10 hours for customer service to respond to a immediate issue. Fixed problem now saying I won't get paid until requestor approves job , but there's no time limit on how long they take. They can call me to offer jobs, but they can't phone the requestor to get approval. Ridiculous will never use wonolo again. Contractor since 2015

Forced mandatory binding arbitration and class action suits agreements upon install. Don't give away your civil rights. So many fought for them. Protect them at all costs!

You have one set of jobs in the Midwest.The closest jobs to me are in Columbus Ohio which is a three-hour Drive and after I paid for gas I would be making $50 for the day. Also I don't like the idea of giving out my social security number to a company I've never heard of before I get a chance to investigate the jobs so I am submitting this and then I am uninstalling Here app because it's junk.

I am working at cornerstone/Hsn job said temporary seasonal I accepted it the 1st day and then job disappears from the Wonolo app but the requestor wants me to keep working there and Wonolo won't respond about paying me

Wonolo is heaven sent. My regular employer is under construction so wonolo supplements my income. Wonolo is a great way to experience new jobs. Wonoloers are all age ranges, backgrounds, and diversity. I think that might be the best part lol

Decent jobs and wonderful hours. If u have a problem with it ur either retarded or never satisfied.

I love this app, been wonoloing for 2 years and have done 500 + jobs. Very nice to get paid in 3 - 5 days after job completion.

I have this installed in another phone. You make me fill out info. twice. Get it together....

Had high hopes - was not able to sign up aka "onboard" - no link to onboard.

Good jobs when available, San diego doesn't offer that many.

A good app to make $25,000 or less full time. Furthermore you must take it seriously and work full time for one year. A good beginning app for the new economy and workforce. .....

They are paying me less than what im suppose to be paid. Only 1 day jobs, and even the job i went to didn't really need me

I tried signing up and it frooze and it made me do it all over and when did it over it said this ssn number has been taken
