Doing this routine will target and tone the inner and outer thighs, hamstrings, quadriceps, calves, obliques, abdominals and lower back. It requires good balance, but even someone who lacks an excess of coordination can modify these exercises in order to find a version that will help to build their baseline agility.

Remember, the most important thing to focus on while you are doing a movement is form; always choose the hardest version of an exercise that you can do with perfect form. Sacrificing form will make for a less effective workout, so make those details a priority.

If you do this workout regularly (3 – 4 times a week), you should be able to tell a difference in your body composition as soon as two weeks after your first run-through. The work out are great but I wish it had something to switch stands or lay out. And giveing ten sec between to get step up. Over it is a good work out. And have levels of fit and not fiit. So their be a limit on the work sizes. And not all at once. Make a min out of few then had the smaller ones.. Add a schedule timer that goes off. And if you miss a day say you have do this twice today or something

I love the workouts but every minute the app would stop then I would have to stop working out to open the app again and find which workout I was on .. Also it would be better if the app would have a stop button or something so we have time to switch to the other leg and repeat the workout.

Exercises might be great, but I didn't even get a chance to find out- ads are so cumbersome, every time a workout starts an ad pops up and the timer is still running while I frantically try to click out of the ad so I can see what I'm supposed to be doing. Not so good.

Kept stopping. Way too many pop up ads interuppting the workout. And it was too quick woth no rest in between exercises. Have to uninstall.
