About FirePower for RAD Studio
This FMX walk thru uses FirePower 10. This Delphi FireMonkey application shows a collection of walkthrus including two truly data-aware grids with embedded controls, multi-selection, clickable column headers, exporting, smooth scrolling, auto-generated recordviews, and more. This demo also includes use of FirePower's new sharing services, color combos, and activity dialogs. The app also uses the searching and filtering components of FirePower, as well as support for validating the integrity of your users's input. Components used in this app are similar to our InfoPower VCL components, but are specifically designed to take advantage of the mobile space.

Unfortunately it doesn't want to horizontal scroll. I do see a horz scroll bar pop up but won't scroll. I also don't really like how the bottom of the grid is smooth when scrolling, I.e. it flickers alot which I assume is from loading data on demand?

This demo was built for the Nexus 7 (2nd gen) and uses a TClientDataset, which can be edited through the grid. It was compiled in Rad Studio XE5. 1. Try touching the screen to move up/down the dataset. Smooth scrolling is enabled in this demo as well. 2 .Click on the row title buttons to sort. 3. The demo also allows you to filter the dataset and highlights the individual cells that match the entered text. 4. You can set the stylebook and the grid will automatically recognize the style attributes. The only code required in this demo is the code to highlight the cells that match the filter, and to change the stylebook.
