This is the correct TIA pinouts. The only problem is no one looks at them with the pin up. That's why people are thinking it's incorrect. Turn your RJ-45 with the pin facing up and this is the correct pinout. Also 3 stars for no crossover.

Other reviews said it was incorrect. Not true. The scheme is shown from a different perspective as other publications. For being free its good. Three stars for no crossover.
