Bee-friend your garden for Android
I downloaded this app onto my Galaxy S3 last year and had great fun with it but it's now stopped working and will not upload my records.

This is a great app for capturing insects, moths, butterflies and bees. A couple of changes within the app that I would like to see, is to be able to see the data that you captured after you have upload and also the ability to change the captured data after you uploaded. Also it would be great to see from a global view of what has been captured by the community. On the whole a very good app
Conflicting data fields, poor instruction and lack of scientific input results in a cute looking app with no scientific value.
Simple to use wherever one spots pollinators at work. Has encouraged my kids to seek out bumble bees with some lovely pics uploaded.
Great idea for an app. It works fine, but would be nice to be able to view each each record in the 'my data' page so you can see exactly what details you submitted for each record. Also I cant find a link in the app to take you to the website.

Good citizen science project , but this app has not been updated since 2013 and while it still technically functions it does so inefficiently. Oddly on Android 6 I'm seeing location requests when the app is never opened thus it's draining my battery and tracking my location when not in use. Not a beat practice for optimal use and should really be rebuilt with more recent Android API targets.
