Wizz Air

I use wizzair a lot and I am happy with it. Until now I was happy with the app too, but today the it asked me to update and suddenly it cannot find all my future bookings (4!!!) while it recognizes my profile. And the next flight is tomorrow... nice job guys... I will have to find a place to print the boarding card: thank you very much. I tried to sign-out and then in again and now it doesn't let me sign in again. I was about to book another fly but I will have to go for another company. Too bad.

Horrible app. Even being logged in, I still have to search for my flights. Reminders are rubbish too.

Horrible app compared to ryanair one. Tried to buy tickets and just could not do it. Very hard to read and use. UX is just horrible. At least you do not have to have a separate app for boarding passes.

After update I can't see my advance bookings Quick update - if you can't see any of your bookings please uninstall whole app and install again - it worked after next login

Latest update is not comfortable. I can't find my booking and it is very laggy and hard to search for good flight.

I cannot share my ticket with my girlfriend... Which is a bit unsatisfactory given certain situations when we would not arrive to the airport at the same time..

This app sucks to the bone. How it's possible that short after login I see my booking and after few hours or days it's just disappearing... And it's back again after re-login !! That's not how the this should work. I would advice to do this like it's done by your competition from Ireland. Fix this and you will get 5

Can't check-in from app because it says the airport doesn't support mobile passes although they can be downloaded from the web. For another flight the app stated my flight opens for check-in 2 days before the flight but again I checked in on web already. It's a mess.

After the last update I can't see my future bookings. I tried to search using my last name and the confirmation code but that's not showing the boarding ticket for the return even if the confirmation code is for both flights. I hope you'll fix this as soon as possible, or if there's a way of searching the flights that we as customers don't know about then your "minor improvements" should come with some additional info because this is quite a full of hassle change.

I used this app for few years after the last update is rubbish. It is forcing me to print boarding pass when before I only needed my phone it is clearly a step backward.

Terrible customer service, asking for payment for small sized cabin baggage. This app doesn't make it better. I'll never use this airline again.

Thanks for logging me out every time the app updates. Super useful when you want to use some promotion and can't login because you don't remember the password. I thought apps were supposed to be more useful than just using the browser, silly me.

Absolutely useless. Does not allow you to download the boarding pass. What's the point of having an app??

Awesome app, but how about changing currency for flights from not your country. Like you had before. Now need to google the rates in order to understand the price.

Doesnt do the job. I cant log in, I cant see my booking, I can't see my boarding cards. Waste of space!

After update I needed to install it again to make it work. Not crazy about the new lay-out. But I like the app to check in and keep my boarding pass conveniently at hand.

Apparently I'm not able to do the online check-in on the app anymore !

I cannot find my reservation. Still searching and nothing found.

Latest update does recognise my booking or show any notification regarding flights. Poor app..

App is ok for booking and easy to use but always log out my account after update.. Please fix it..

Great app, however after the last update you must reinstall the app to work again.
