Wix ShoutOut

After paying another 12 months Premium access to WIX to host our site we decided to examine the WIX 'Shout Out' app. The app is not mature enough to be truly useful. The app needs to be able to permit customers to be able move, add and remove elements of each newsletter/publication/"Shout Out". The mobile app could be developed into a really useful app for busy people.

The thing worked for a while but started crashing about 2 months ago. Customer service never has called me back, even after I tried again last week.

Basically useless when trying to send an email draft that you or another team member has created on desktop. Desktop edited emails just sit on the app as a preview and you can't edit them further or even send them. So irritating when one person makes the email then another needs to check and send from a mobile device. Fix this please?

I will give 5 stars for adding a offline working environment in application. 1. I would like to work on the posts offline and savs them as draft for posting later. 2. I cant view previous orders without internet and wix team your application is slow. Please add offline data for previous orders. 3. Please Please make it faster

This app, along with Wix as a whole is wonderful. I and my fiancee have founded a non-profit organization to help those in need in our community and through wix I was able to create a professional website and through this app, I'm able to send and share quick messages and event updates while on the go. It's so wonderful

I pay monthly to be able to use this & the past several times I have tried using it, it will not work! When it was working it would say it didn't send & then people would respond to it...When it didnt send! I have even cleared the cache & uninstalled & reinstalled & it makes no difference!

Unable to use. Continuously force closed on LG G Pad X and LG G6. Its been over a month now n still no fix Bummer

The app will no longer work. It opens but the quickly shuts down any time you attempt to do anything on it. Normally love the app because it lets me communicate while away from my desktop but now it's useless. Tried to go to help but they weren't very helpful. Please fix.

It will not allow me to send my shout out to subscribed or contacted me or any list in my contacts,

The ShoutOut platform have helped to showcase my writing skills to the general public. But, I want this app to enlist more social media websites, for the distribution of published information. Thank you, for the good work so far.

Since I can't all of a sudden get the app to open, it crashes when I try to create any new content, I'm just done with it. I've reinstalled it, but no go. It's worthless.

Would love a way to manage email contacts on this app. Couldn't find this option but let me know if I've missed it.

I love Wix to death! :) The mobile editor for andoid is OK, but this wix app gets an A. Good features to use & simple layout that doesn't get sticky or glitch. Had no issues sofar :) I wish tho you would create an app that is entirely just for Wix blogs....

It keeps freezing and I had to start over a bunch of times, and now it won't send! It had bugs that need to be fixed.

Terrible! No save as draft button! Now I sent an unfinished e-mail. It also leaves out words at a time.

I couldn't even use this app because when I tried to create a shoutout, the app would immediately crash. Every time.

When I opened the app after the intro, it showed loading then a blank white screen. Please fix this.

It helps me stay on top of my adds, i wish it just had a few more features

Unable to add shoutouts because it glitches every time. When clicking the add button the screen flashes and closes.

Main function broken - composing a new Shoutout consistently crashes the app on my Moto G5 Plus

Would let me log in but everytime I press the button to add a new shout out it fails to load and refreshes me back to the beginning. No time for this, uninstalling.

Terrible! So inconsistent it's ridiculous. It crashed everytime I tried to open it.

Awesome app to send shoutouts on the go. Wix should also come with site traffic overview feature on their apps. Looking forward for wix to launch any android, ios app building software. Bless you guys

Not working at all. Just after the loading screen it crashes everytime.

Great app to create digital flyers and ads to promote a product,services, and businesses! Love it...has provided a massive boost in traffic to my site!

Cannot move or delete sections once added to shout out. CANT DELETE Shout outs EITHER!

The veiw & click statistics are lower than an Internet browser. And inaccurate.

Pointless having if may wish to edit your drafts and send as you can't!

Excellent! It helps so much in my job! Could be more easy to edit texts and add more templates to choose.

I was enjoying ShoutOut for my email campaigning, but lately the app keeps force-closing when I try to design a new email.

this is an amazing app as you get to know more of how your business website can be made really attractive to the general public.
