The app doesn't work at all on my galaxy samsung s4. Keeps freezing and won't even let me log in. Half the words aren't showing up and it keeps going back to the loading video(which by the way, the video doesn't make sense).

Doesn't work on Samsung galaxy tab s3.its a $1k tablet so I don't understand why It wouldn't work on it. Fix the problem and il give it 5 stars

I use this website for my business and absolutely love it! So easy to build, edit and navigate around.. Best part is I can connect with my clients in real time-would be nice if the site loaded fast on my mobile device - thank you wix!

I have received many complaints from my costumers the website is really slow on mobile which is true. Need to wait minimum 15 second to see one item. I don't use any flash on my website. This is rediciolus and extremely slow. I have more than 200 items my costumers won't browse through my website because actually they haven't got time. Also when I want to change the quantity you can't change on mobile version because the arrow doesn't shop up. Need to put the item into the cart and change there which is again really rediciolus. These two things take my costumers to the other shop and don't order from me. I'm sure as long my contract is finish I'm going to shopify.

Blogs written through the app do not show up nor does the customer service responds.

Its ok but my biggest issue is the fact that I can't edit any or send /create new invoices which to me completely defeats the whole purpose of having an on the go wix app if I still have to use a computer to manage/edit/send invoices it's incredibly frustrating

I need the messenger in the app to work properly, it works in the beginning but then seems to delay and hang up. I rely on the messenger/chat to communicate with my customers and secure my sales. Please fix it.

Customer support is really poor. I have been transferring my domain to wix but could not know the current status. Tried a so much to contact but no response from their end. They don't even have Customer care service. I have even submitted tickets but they would never response. Please someone contact me asap and help me out.

There's no analytics or website editing option in the app. So for everything other thing you've to switch to the desktop version. Hardly of any use.

It just me or what, I can't edit my own web on this app?

I need help on how to make a blog, but I have no idea where is the home page I keep getting to the learn more after signing in..

Best tool for website Maker.

I had a very lovely photo I wanted to upload to my blog. When I cropped it and clicked OK, the Wix app just showed a white Image instead of my lovely picture. And guess what: The image file is corrupted now, thank you!

I would like the developers to make a Windows app version of this app. Using a browser to manage a wix site via the wix online editor creates so many issues especially when multiple people are involved. I would also like to have the ability to create coupons for my wix store and the ability to manage events.

Very unhappy. The app is as unhelpful and useless as the site is good, which is to say, a lot. I want to mobile blog, but the app has zero functions - it's a souped up FAQ packaged as an app. Do better Wix. UPDATE: Folks, that's what I'm trying to tell you - there is no tab, blog or otherwise. It is only a FAQ page.

Sadly since this app automatically updated a couple of days ago it no longer show current information. I have unistalled/reinstalled on my Samsung Galaxy Tab but still receive only the insight detail and current site visitor information shown prior to update. I also cannot rely on the Engage feature as often messages from customers and replies from me are cut short. I was pleased with this app originally but am now understandably dissappointed.

Hi can you add text wrapping for when posting, like it is on the desk top. It makes my posts look unoriginal when using it on my tablet.

Every update this app gets worse. Its an important part of my business if it doesnt get sorted im changing companies. The app developer needs firing

I'm so disappointed with this app. It keeps on shutting down whenever I try to upload a product. Even more when I upload two products' pictures at a time. PLEASE FIX THIS.

i really dont like the part the app close by it self whenever im uploading a item and especially if i uploading 3 item at the same time please fix this problem.

I have had no problems with Wix. Its easy to use. I thought starting an online store was going to be way more difficult but wix made it alot easier!

Buggy, hangs up and while uploading the done button just stops responding. Fix it !!!

This app never starts. It is stuck on to a screen displaying "Choose a Website" and proceeds no further. Most unhelpful app

The password box only shows up sometimes and if it does there is no log in option to touch to log in

Can't view/access apps used on website. Kinda useless as a phone app to help manage your website from phone.

Love it is very easy to make your website the only problem is that you can't manipulate the phone view apart of the regurar website and it looks kind of odd

Super app I love it..but cost to buy my own domain is a bit higher... compared to other..
