To change the application language, go to Settings (Настройки) Choose the type and language (Вид и Язык), then the desired language. Then consistently return to the main menu and exit the application. Go again and the application will work on your language

So apparently the developer is berating people for "not opening the app properly", and this is why it doesn't work. I have opened the app as per the badly written instructions and it still doesn't work. I think these guys need to work on their user interface and take a look at the usability heuristics... no point having an app if there is no indication that it is working. Maybe a little green icon to show that it's actually recording and a red icon if it doesn't? The automatic record doesn't work and there isn't an option to start manual record. So maybe instead of berating users for "not opening the app properly" it would be better to write clear instructions , develop the UI properly and maybe give some indication of system status (as per usability heuristics). Edit: then they berate the user in Russian, and blame the user for not contacting customer services. Here's a suggestion. Maybe if your users need to contact customer services just to operate an app for voice recording, then everything I said above is correct, and that your app has SEVERE usability issues. I'm guessing that customer services would have replied in Russian too. Don't download this app

The concept of app to record is great but even though I have everything set in English, the notifications are not in English and i have no idea if its working. Ive contacted ppl and waiting on reply .if fixed and works ill give 5 stars

One, It doesnt do what its suppose to do. Second, its got that little annoying thing on screen. Third, it doesnt even record skype calls which was the main reason i installed it for. Worst app ever!
