MINE ALWAYS WORKED AND THEN IT DEVELOPED A GLITCH AND WOULD NOT LET ME IN I CALLED FOR ADVICE AND WAS TOLD TO UNINSTALL IT AND REINSTALL SO I UNINSTALLED BUT THE ONLY THING UN INSTALLED IS THE SHORT CUT ON THE PHONE AND WHEN I TRY TO REINSTALL IT SAYS IT IS ALREADY INSTALLED SO WHAT TO DO ? IT HELD PROMISE BUT !!!!!!

There are plenty of hiccups with it. It's best for quick response for notifications for new inspections and accepting and negotiating fees. However photo upload, location and contact of the facility needs work. But it's a good start and one of a kind. I like that wis is trying to make the process simpler. Keep working on it wis. Thanks

This app will Not work on an android device. WIS personnel have no answers to help. App is useless!!!!
