If you people knew how to USE THESE PLACES, you'd know that you just go through the app, and request a refund saying, after a MONTH, (remember they TELL YOU IT CAN TAKE UP TO A MONTH AND A HALF) you didn't receive any items, under "was this helpful " put NO. Then simply write in, I did not receive. Please refund. ......THAT'S ALL YOU DO. Only after YOUR IMPATIENT ASSES WAIT A MONTH and half.....gah, it's so easy. Psst.....order 3 times UP....but if you are a huge over 200 lb don't bother ordering clothing. Jeez, learn how to shop properly from overseas! You never have anymore problems!
