WiseView for Android
UPDATED- Works great- THIS TIME. We are on our second Samsung DVR, the first one never would connect, but after lightning destroyed it, the replacement DVR connected right away and works well on remote WIFI networks and 4G.
Just aweful. App was great before update. Now my security system lacks what i liked most, a reliable camera system
Randomly forgets the device, randomly will not connect. Only a reinstall fixed it. PITA app. Expected more from Samsung. Turns out Samsung sold off this part. Samsung in name only
Constantly loses connection, slow when it does work, freezes up. Was working well before
Wil not sync to all cameras. Only shows some and its never the same ones. Sometimes number 3 won't show, sometimes number 2, etc.
Was working fine, after update it takes forever to load ..and make video hd already!!
Horrible but at least works. Needs a major update/upgrade. Constantly lagging, freezing, forcing shut, it just needs some work!!!
Seems to work well and safe connected. They said that there are push notifications available but I don't see them in the settings, can someone tell me where that setting is
This is the worst app. Won't stay connected
At home I can connect. But when I'm out and about when I need it most.it won't connect to my device.not happy
Wish it actually let me connect to the cameras I spent $500 on to view them. Wish I kept the receipt so I could return.
My device is no longer recognized.
Ever since the new change I can no longer access my cameras

I'm able to see everything great on the tv monitor it's connected to. When I use my data plan or WiFi it works, but it's not as clear. Good enough to see but definitely not as clear as on the tv monitor connected. Otherwise, works great for me using iPhone 6s plus, and a Galaxy S7 Edge. Could put the option to change screen size on same bar with main options. Kind of annoying to change that way. Also, can this be viewed by a PC/Mac, instead of using a phone or tablet?
To be brutalie onest this app sucks it loses vido.I am constantly reinstalling the app.it's no better then the security cameras I try to use it on. (Samsung B73040BW.I had a few Samsung products. ..I have a Samsung tab 7 older one I love it 4 years old still works.Come on Samsung your better then that.don't disappointe me.
Works fine for my Galaxy S7, but the "Devices" are constantly disappearing from my wife's Samsung galaxy S7 Edge, making it very useless and her very unhappy. Seems to me that Samsung would make sure their utilities worked on their own devices. Is there anything that can be done to keep the "devices" from being removed? Samsung App?, running on a Samsung Phone, for a Samsung Security system, why the trouble?
Dear the web developer. You should put the pin code when you are opening the app. You can put it on under setup as an option on or off . If someone doesnt like the oin code , they can turn it off at the setup menu. I will give you 5 star if do this for the security purposes. Imagine you lost your phone and someone just touch the app and can see the whole thing. Its terrible app.
Looks like I should have bought the Swann system.. I can't believe I'm unable to set motion alerts on the app. Very dissatisfied.. email alerts are so slow most of my belongings would be gone before I even get any kind of motion alert
I was extremely hesate to purchase this system but gave it a go and I personally think it's great. It definitely could be a bit overwhelming to setup but I figured it out with a little bit of research online. As for the people who left the HORRID reviews because of quality, play around with the app before jumping to conclusions. It's called substream and MAINSTREAM. It defaults to substream to save your data but if you click mainstream the quality is awesome!
You must reconfigure device data incliuding p2p device ID and password etc for this new update to work on older android 4.1 tablets. This update is jumpy and loses video when going from 4 channel to single channel. Horrible! Please bring back older version that works on Android 4.1.2
Time to time the app stops working and i can not view the security system remotely. It is frustrating as the Security device live preview is not available and i can not monitor my office. When it works it works good and i can view my office remotely
Connects fine on my galaxy tab 10.1 until I go full screen. Then it says connected but all camera views go black until I force stop and reopen. Cannot view full screen anymore.
This app is horrible! Playback on Mainstream takes forever. It moves incredibly slow. Slower than miliseconds. It was a great app a couple months ago and now I can't stand it. Might just buy a new system that has a better app!
Works extremely well! Was concerned w/neg reviews & a little frustrated at first (program not intuitive to me) BUT once figured out, can live-view camera & review videos remotely - quickly & easily. Works for me on my Android & Apple phones & tablets, on WiFi & Cell (Verizon & ATT). Side note: Had problem during system set up, called Samsung customer service, they answered phone & helped configure system . . . Something about ports & Cox internet-I'm not technically savvy & they walked me thru it effectively. With a little patience, I am now happy with WiseView.
Absolutely junk! The only way I can get it to work is by scanning the QR code and it works great and the next time I open the app I don't have anything under devices! I have deleted and reinstalled the app numerous times and I still have the same problem! Samsung please fix your app!
The live feed only works once in a blue moon. Terrible compared to the arlo app. I had before. May return system. I have to be able to see the live feed remotely.
Installed easily and works as required. Nice simple interface. Can't complain. Still setting up the system, but everything is working and I can tap in to view the cameras when I get an email they have been triggered.
Like others, won't show all cameras most of the time. Seems like an improved app is necessary given so many bad reviews. Anyone know if there is another compatible app?
I Like it but about once a week I have to uninstall the app and reinstall it and sign back in due to a glitch in the app. It will not connect tp the cameras until I do that.Fix this and I will give it 5 stars.
The app will work fine and then delete my camera system off of it. Then when I try to reinstall it says connect failed. But if I uninstall and reinstall it will work
Keeps losing device after opening the app and closing it for awhile. Device won't appear again in app, until the phone is rebooted! I have seen others on the reviews have had the same issue since "last year- 2016". No fix has been done???? I did find that the camera resolution (when viewed from the phone app) is really improved when the camera view is changed from "substream" to "mainstream" using the app icon at the bottom.
The app keeps on deleting my device so I have to reload the app and device on my phone to make it work again. Wish there was another app I could use to use on my Samsung S7 Edge. It doesn't seem to do this on my iPad or iPhones. Weird.
Since the latest update this app sucks! At least it use to work on and off but it will not connect no matter what device I'm trying to use now. Glad I've spent $800.00 on a crappy system that is not doing what it claims to do. Get it together!

Moition capture is poor it only ever sends me photos of feet, not so great when deciding to investigate further or not, video loss constantly for no reason, unable to zoom in, some cameras work intermitently, this app has almost 0 features that work well, opening other apps forces you to reload all the cameras which sux if you're using your phones internet, which is the connection youd most likely be using when away from home. Spend a little more money on a better system, or waste your money on this like I did, up to you...
