App crashes when trying to snap a selfie!

Sometimes it doesn't count the visit or seemingly takes hours. Otherwise it works very well and the rewards are legitimate.

I like this idea

Hassle free. Real benefits from an app that requires very little attention. It knows when you go to a restaurant by low power blue tooth connection. You dont have to do anything to get credit toward benefits, other than have yor phone's blue tooth on and have your phone with you when you go to the restaurant. It does not seem to use the location service (gps) with google, so it won't track your every move. It just knows when you are in a restaurant that participates with wisely. Highly recommended!

What's the point of having a loyalty app that doesn't track your visits. I asked at the restaurant how I could get credit for my visit. I spent $50 at your overpriced restaurant and am told I had no visits. A piece of trash. There is no way to contact customer support.

I can't get past the selfie step right now, which is frustrating. I can give a better rating if this gets fixed. Constant crashing.

Useless. Doesn't track visits and no customer support. Have reached out three times in 2 weeks to ask why my visit wasn't tracked and haven't heard back.

Haven't even started using the app since it just crashes on "Take a selfie" step on account set-up step.

Doesn't work, invades your privacy without reward! About five visits that didn't register. No response from support team.

App wouldn't let me take the required selfie and kept closing. This has been going on for weeks without a fix. Restaurant does not know what to do. Worthless.

You guys want too much access to stuff on my phone. Contacts? Nope. Camera? Nope. The list could go on. Uninstalling in 3...2....

Was having issues right off the bat with searching in the app. Arjun contacted me within a day and resolved the issue immediately. Great product. Exceptional support!

Good app, but freezers sometimes and has trouble refreshing. Love the perks though!

Great idea, still some bugs

I love not having to actively log in and use my rewards program. As long as I'm using a credit card that's linked to Wisely, the work is done for me. Plus, I can easily see what status I'm working towards.

This app works very well. I walk into the restaurant and the app reminds me to use the credit card that is linked to it.
