Wise Choices Center

Our mission is to empower women to make life affirming choices.

Wise Choice Pregnancy Center opened its doors in 2001. Since that time we have added our Resource Center, and our limited medical clinic.


We have the ability to do "limited sonograms" for our clients.


Our Resource Center allows our clients to earn coupons for attending classes. Upon completion of the classes the client will be able to "purchase" baby clothes, diapers, wipes, etc. We service our clients and their babies up to the age of one year.


We offer parenting classes at Decatur High School for our teenage clients.


Our Client Advocates are volunteers who have been trained in "counseling" with our clients concerning their unique situations.


Our Staff is dedicated to offering and providing the most up to date information available to our clients.


Our Board of Directors are dedicated men and women who are passionate about helping women make life affirming choices.


Through the years, Wise Choices, has been able to provide various kinds of help and "counseling" to the women of Wise County and the surrounding areas. We not only help the client, but family or friends of the client, in regard to the situation the client is facing. We believe that we can make a difference in the lives of women, one at a time!
