I reset my phone and don't have access to the Google authenticator code and I'm locked out is there anyway of getting back into my account?

Edit: 6th March, New update , now wired had promised to provide new cards. I am still holding a few dollars to check how the cards work. Wirex still working and they are fixing it thus I am not uninstalling yet. Loving it so far for good progress. I was happy until my last transaction but I got a notice that they are temp pausing adding funds to the card etc. Okay, I understand that and I have also applied for verification and I hope it is done fast. I address is a bit misplaced, I wrote the local landmark address not the official but the document has the original road name etc full. So, hope I can change it later. Rest is all good and I hope I can start with paying my ads and subscriptions ASAP. I loved it until this downtime.... Hope someone replying here and answering few of my concerns.

I can't get back several hundred dollars from them that was on the old card when they suddenly canceled it with no warning email after email gets responded with we're working on it it's been a long time where is my money

Scammers lost half of money. Noobs. Double noobs!!! Even website not work. Assholes now holding BTC and i have no where to use it, cause if i pay with BTC fee gonna be higher then amount im holding. THANKS NOOBS!!! Used their card 3 days and then all blewup! YOU SUCK! Cant even make deal with card issuer to not terminate cards. There is BAZILLION BTC wallets, yours is worst. You now just simple, stupid BTC wallet, nothing more.

What an utterly retarded app. Every update requires complete reboot. If your away from your written records you can't login. And who's the moron that designed a login feature that requires u to leave the app go to Google authenticator, retrieve the cycling code then rush back to the login page! Mate there are dozens of better apps that are superior to this load of junk. Currently I've got funds I can't access in your stupid app, and you won't send me a temporary password. Stuff you! keep my money, I'll use my other mobile wallets.

I think this app is AWESOME, but until one day, when I was making another card, it told me that I can't get it anymore, and the card will not be sent to my email due to things that I don't even know. I checked my wifi and etc, but it said that u guys were making new cards. Is that true? Or is that false? And if it is true, then can you please try to hurry up on making new cards? Sorry to be all "mean" and stuff, it's just because I REALLY want this card, now I know it's a bit hard, and I've been waiting for WEEKS and WEEKS on how to get new virtual cards, but I like this app better. But like I said there was a problem about you guys sending me the cards to my email. Please reply, I would GREATLY appreciate it, because I really need your guy's help.

Better rates than Coinbase for buying Bitcoin with a credit/debit card. Send Bitcoin instantly and for free to other Wirex Bitcoin Wallets. Usually you have to wait 48 hours for confirmation and pay a ridiculous blockchain fee. Not with Wirex.

Sometimes I can't type amounts into the transfer currency function so I can't spend money in my local currency. I have to resort to using the web app which on a mobile device isn't very much fun. Galaxy Note 4. Fix please!!!

Since the wirex card is not available in the US, this app is worthless to me. Since you turned 3 according to your blog, I am disappointed, to say the least.

Its fake app bcoz I exchange $20 as trial into wirex last week but not not showing any balance. I contacted wirex about this isdue & they passed my request to 3rd party. Finally I lost USD20.

For too many weeks i have tried to communicate regarding usage of my wirex account even after uploading my required verification documentation with no solution in sight. This has taken too long. Hi Please help ive been struggling to get the app to work i want to transfer bitcoin but it constantly sais "this action cannot be performed at this time. Please try again later. This has been for the past month.

The fees for altcoins like litecoinen are insane, and support is terrible. I ordered a plastic EUR card (cost about 15 dollars), and after over 2 months still hasn't received anything. Support refuses to refund me, even though I never received anything. Use another crypto card. The wirex team replied to my negative review, saying they will help me look into what happened to my card, but when I contact support all they say they can send a replacement for another 19 dollars. Ridiculous, and absolutely hilarious. STAY AWAY

I ve used many crypto related cards. But i hace to admit that wirex is the best. Easy to use. Clean app. Straightforward and on top of that i can buy crypto using my bank cards. Wonderful. Keep up.

Great app.only one bad part this app have is that they store your private keys and thats a huge minus..it should be as the name says "THE PRIVATE KEY" All other things in App are great..best exchange wallet defenetly..also Visa card looks very very nice..fancy look.. something like Barkleys black Visa????????????????hope this new announced contactless card is also goin to be made with similar "Fancy Šmenci" design???????? keep doin good work Wirex.. No , I am not an EU resident .. I am a ME resident and I live in Syria My friend installed the app two months ago and was able to get a visual card BUT I CAN'T GET THAT CARD! Please help me to enjoy your app!
