They are unable to reach customer service because they you leave a message to the program director which they never call you back and I'm still waiting on my deposit to my account I've been using for over 2 years and had a problem but you could never speak to a live person. I left 15 messages and 6 emails and still no response

The apo wored great for months and wife and i could send each other money and was great. But now i cant even get it to work and this is my money i work hard for so no more here. Sprint needs to work on this to get it working again

This company changed banks without my knowledge or consent. They notified me on Thanksgiving day, screwing me out of a paycheck. Customer support did not respond to my repeated attempts at contact umtil Dec 4th. This is a fly-by-night operation that is not to be trusted under any circumstances. Run away.

Ridiculous. This app has been promising an updated (and working) version for almost a year now. Can't even pay my Sprint bill with it anymore, nor can I take money out without the card (which was never sent to me). This app should be pulled from the store altogether.

Does not work at all anymore with the new update. Force closes every time I try and re download it or open it. I'm going to have to go elsewhere since I can't use the app anymore.

Won't let me sign up telling me I already have account it sucks y'all need to do better.

Since the update on my Galaxy 7 it no longer works...I have repeatedly uninstalled and then reinstalled it, its just not working. I liked the app it just dont work anymore.

This app doesn't work. Won't let me sign up. Keeps telling me there's an error. I sent an email to sprint yesterday about it and they said they would get back with me in 24 hours. Nothing yet. Not happy at all and for all the money they charge for service they need to do better.

In the app description it says you can transfer money and do bill pay but it does not. They've been "improving" the past two months. I'm almost tempted to close the card and get a netspend card if not "improved" by then, netspend is better anyways.

This is a great app and I truely enjoy it and hope all those in my fat pocket do as well. You know who you are....

Sonds very promisin. I function so much more fluidly with paper copies. I would like to authorize my first transaction to pay for a paper copy, please.

I can't sign up with the app or on a desktop computer. I am getting the same error message and to try later. I have been trying for two weeks.

It just keeps telling me to try Again later what is that .a polite way of saying we stole your money. Time for change people not just on here but everywhere I'm tired of big business stealing my money.

Just like everyone else this app does not work. I get the same message as the others do, it does not surprise me one bit just the past week end I spent most of it not having data, so something of sprint not working does not surprise me.

I tried to create a new account on this app and got repeated error messages. Even tried via computer with the same results. I guess I will shop for another prepaid card.

One review after the next is someone complaining about how terrible this app is and how ridiculous it is to try and add money...and all you guys keep replying is to direct deposit my check. What the hell is wrong with you guys?? This is an absolute joke!! You should go back to flipping burgers cuz as app developers.... you suck!!!
