Its not so much the app i have a problem with its the sellers...off 2 diffrrent sellers i bought 2 items at the beginning of july this year...STILL havent recieved items and STILL havent had a reply from either seller! Due to noone accepting payments through paypal i am now money down due to the site not been able to refund!

Spent 4 hours filling my shopping cart. When I went to open the cart to pay the individual sellers for the items I wanted, I couldn't open the cart... I kept pressing it for AGES! I even uninstalled, download again but still the same. 4 hours of my life unfortunately wasted

Id have to say,being a "new - comer" to this app & having not purchased an item as yet,im already having my doubts! The price,for 1, is unreal..Are these items Legit or Replicas? 2,the Pop Up Ads are hideous! That just suggests to me that the Founders are either Amatures or in for the quick buck. There is so much potential for this App if only the Creators were to get better insight of a successful running App! Once the update,i already know,it'll be a keeper!!

I have a problem with this site not the app 70% of sellers on this site are scammers. no protection for buyers they take your money stop answering your emails. Site is not organised at all. I do not recommend anyone using this site as I have been scammed 70% of my orders. I no longer use it Buyers has no protection at all. And they withdraw more money than it says on the item price they say it is free shipping but they charge your for shipping £20 most sellers. Do not use this sites give you headache.

Not a scam Been using ioffer for a few years now and never had a problem. The problem is the app itself and all the damn pop ups so I'm gonna delete the app and go back to us in the online site

Waited 60 days informed seller. Nothing. It's also impossible to find a dispute or item not received link. Also when you pay it takes more out your bank than it shows. Also It froze my bank card. I am a huge fan of importing. But I really wouldn't use this. Also note the two seller had 5000+ positive feedback. Maybe it's if the items are to cheap it wont turn up kinda thing.

The idea of leaving opinions is of yourself and how the crap went down when you used the AP. ALWAYS BE CAREFUL BUYING ON LINE! if it seems to good to be true it is. Use all aspects of insuring the payment and make sure you get electronic paper trail before you send payment. The site can't be blamed for people who are determined to steal or people who are ignorant or stupid

I hate the advertisements that keep popping up... This app needs a good update and quick... It needs to be easily accessible... and not lose for every page... generally speaking you need to upgrade your game ffs!

I need to look all the search results until I find the perfect product. This is very very irritating. You must give a filter option for choosing the item we need to buy.

Terrible app. Took ages to connect to the site. Basically this is an app searching items on ioffer exactly as you are doing on your norma search browser .Don't waste your time.

Not quite as user friendly as AliExpress. Hard to communicate with sellers prior to placing payment for order. If improvements to communicate with sellers is made I would rate higher.

It's a good place to shop but I can't get into my shopping cart there's too many pop ups. Needs less advertising. And also some sellers don't pay the full postage. so when you pay 15 quid when it comes through the post you get hit with extra cost. could be 1.50 could be 50 quid be careful what you order.

Ads pop up constantly. My sister uses my phone and porn and all sorts pops up! Absolutely ridiculous!! Can't do anything because things pop up so often!!

Adverts are relentless and keep popping up. Can't be doing with that. Prefer wish.

it would not be so bad if the ads that popped up were not of some girl messing with herself. It was disgusting, my son saw this.

Installed it for 5 minutes far to many popups and ad pages, Can understand that advertising is revenue but this app is ridiculous it's just a spam fest and spent more time closing adds that actually looking on the ioffer website, Uninstalled and go through the Web browser instead easier and far less hassle!!!!!!!

Never ever buy from this platform, plenty of scammers, and this application ridiculous don't even respond on enquiries or dispute cases

I ordered stuffs since july and up till this moment I have not received my item...too bad I bought somethings of more than 250euros and only few came ....pls refund my money or send my item....most of the sellers are not unreliable at all......some of the items are of less quality.....so bad

Like eBay but cheaper!!!! Works for may seem like a fake website, but it's legit.

Lagged my cpu while idle, glitchy and buggy while in use, and every 5 seconds some bs advert pops up, I strongly suggest the developers update their app and coding and take a leaf out of eBay, wish and amazon's book

I use to buy stuff from ioffer ages ago,and i use paypal as means of payment and i had a few good and bad experiences. But Now,not a single seller accepts paypal. Bogus sellers, bogus item reviews, tons of anon named buyers. In my honest opinion sites looks very suspicious,unlike before,seller replies back in a jiffy,now it takes hours or sometimes seller does not even bother replying back. No honest business person, do business like that.

I got a nice watch from this app the app would be better if u could order ya search price wise ie lowest to high or something other than that its good my watch was a michael kors paid 7 pound and ppl r charging 25 for same one on fb glad got mine off ioffer

Are people stupid or something? Saying that this is a scam, it's just like Ebay or any other site, just use PayPal to avoid been ripped off or scammed, and check out the sellers page and reviews, pretty simple. If people get ripped off its down to their own stupidity, it's a good app and a good site to buy from.

Too many add pop up. It won't let you to proceed...every search I go through, I have to close a new pop up add.

While typing in search item keyboard disappears before you are finished and you select something else on screen. Not needed. Original site is better and that is saying a lot. Occasional lockup.

Just use PayPal and you should stop complaining you can get branded products for low prices. Delivery might take a long time but it is worth the wait

I have been using this website for 5 years on my PC. This site is just like EBay but more sellers are China, Europe etc. When you are buying from someone make sure they are a good seller and you use PayPal. PayPal protects your transaction. If you do not know how to buy on sites such as this one or EBay then you should delete the app. I love this site. I have received everything I have paid for. When I purchase something overseas I look at the estimated shipping. They do take up to 30 days to ship.

Got my item on time. There are more lower items than ebay

But as said before, read reviews and feedback, pay with PayPal and Bob your mother's brother

Apps are meant to make sites more mobile friendly but this one does not! Its extremely slow and logs me out all the time. It should have a "stay signed in" option and should be updated to make it more like an app.

Wont load won't let me log in bin bumped twice don't deserve any stars!!!!!!!! I swear if this silly boot don't give me money back am gonna do time for them

Do not use oder an item for 5 day delivery after 2 months still not arrived and not able to get a refund. DO NOT USE!

Find cheap hard to get items that ebay and alley express don't have...
