WinSouth CU

I noticed this app getting only one star ratings because people are confused over why they can't view their pending transactions, but pending transactions are listed under 'Holds' in the pop out menu on the left side of the screen. This app is very convenient. I hope that someone might find this review helpful.

Older version was better! Doesn't show everything that's pending. And is delayed on showing money in your account. Also don't tap on the bill pay tab bc it will charge regardless if you accept it or not. That's $5 bucks a month for nothing...

This would be so much better if they offered mobile deposit. I work out of town and have to bank with another credit union because they have mobile deposit

After the update or wouldn't let me sign in so I uninstalled it and now it won't let me reinstall it.

Constantly crashes. Doesnt reload unless I reboot phone. Now it just crashes to black screen with white line across screen on both my samsung note tablet and my lg g3 phone. Identical issues so its the app not the devices.

This credit union app is pretty lacking compared to other banks.

Works great just make sure you back out all the way or it goes to a black screen.

Love it when it works right, has helped me out of binds countless times! But I have been having to force close the past couple of days because it wont open. Please fix this!? Fix it and I will rate 5 stars!

When it works it's good but it definitely needs a lot of work. I have had a lot of issues with being unable to log into this app. Every time that I've called Winsouth about it, their solution is to tell me to just uninstall the app then reinstall it when that happens. Really? Like I have time for that. I'm so aggravated by this that I'd move my account somewhere else with a more reliable mobile app but I don't have time to go close the account then go elsewhere to open another one.

Crashes to much can never get on it when I need to

Unable to get on the majority of the time.

So this is basically a shortcut to the mobile site. I hope the developer didn't charge you guys too much to create this app.
