Only rated high to have This visable. This app needs an update, I have tried many times for the last 5 days, it will not let me create an account so this app is useless for me. Considering deleting it.

App fails on creating a login resulting in a Java error.

Loaded $50 on the app but didn't find out until I went to place my first order that Meadowvale isn't listed as an available location to order from. Went to the store and they were promoting the app. Told them and they didn't have a clue what to do. Great food but terrible app!

What a terrible looking app. Each button is so low quality and jagged, its sad that this is an official app. And it's so hard to use. I know you guys are gonna tell me there's going to be an update but show rather than tell. Gotta uninstall.

Makes placing orders easy. Just check off what you want on your burrito and send. Paid for in the app and all but you don't actually "skip the line" because you have to line up at the store with everyone else to let them know you're there. UPDATE: Placed order using it. Arrived at store at specified time. They hadn't started on order. Says they didn't know what size or how many. Showed them my confirmation email with all the details. Had to wait 20 minutes with car full of hungry kids. Thanks!!

With the latest update, the app is a lot better. Like that fact that is pretty much paperless and easy to reload the card. Only complaint is that it should have the option to use NFC for devices that support it. Also, it would be nice to be able to go to the store and not have to worry if the cashier will know how to use the app. It's not the app developers fault for this part but just thought i would mention it. Keep up the good work and hope to see this app evolve over time.

Worst app I have seen. A 5 year old could have designed that. I can't even use it without having a card. They need to use another company to design the app because clearly the current one who made this app was lazy. Not functional. The app has so much potential to made customers happy by making it easier and faster to get their food. Please update the app!

Update Oct 2016 - Now the app says my account doesn't exist. Which means my account money balance has disappeared also.... July 17 Used a gmail account and it worked fine. Loaded $20 and used the app yesterday to order a meal. Worked great and got to stavebank location early. She called out to make my order next and it was done quickly. Great service. And great food. And yes, I got the 5% rebate put on the card instantly. One thing missing is the time you chose to pickup. It doesn't show on your final confirmation page or on the confirmation email. So be sure to remember it.

Did not like the UI of the app. Don't like that I had to buy a card before I could see how to place an order. No way to contact dev and company does not respond. I'll save my 5% and order from in store. Very disappointed with the business practices of Burrito Boyz

I would use this all the time but all the options to reload the gift card are all $0 - has been like this for months -- fix your damned app (and forget gift cards, let us connect credit cards to the app...)

I downloaded the app. It requires me to submit my email address and I'll be presented with a link to use the app. That was two days ago. Still no link to activate my log on.

But when i used up most of the balance I could not reload money. All the values in the selection menu showed $0. I uninstalled and reinstalled app. Upon starting it, the activation screen asks for my email address where an activation link is to be sent. I entered it, but have received no email. On top of all this, I have funds tied up in the app as a balance. I am upset that it has now turned into money thrown away.

Great food, garbage app. Whoever developed this should be ashamed of themselves. Stripped naked and made to walk through Kings Landing level of shame.

The clerk at the store had no idea what the app is or what it does, then, the next time I went in, although the clerk knew what it was, their system was down so I couldn't use it anyway. Very flaky for an app that is holding money. And, you have to buy a gift card which you then add rather than just reloading your account with a credit card.

Download the app and started creating an account, said it would send me an email to complete the application. Never got it n app won't let me resend, the help button doesn't work either.

I can't use it because it won't send me the email activation code! It would be nice if I could order ahead of time on my phone.... From what I hear though you need to pay on your phone too... Maybe add a "pay in store" option.

Can't get past the first screen. Also it appears to be using a very old design. If it starts working I will update my review

An embarrassment to BB brand image. Can't even view food without having a gift card. Please redevelop app entirely.

lucky for B B we like their food. I don't want a gift card, I want to order my food. easier just to phone it in. uninstalled this app.

Currently unable to add funds, as 0 dollars are the only option, and would prefer it if we could just pay for the food. And not necessarily reload the account everytime

Tried app soo many times. It doesn't work!!!

Installed app, prompted for third party payment system, uninstalled app. Let users order by app and pay by standard method in the store without compromising our privacy, or being forced to trust in sketchy payment system.

Very poor design. No way to add funds and based on feedback not sure I would risk putting money on just to have the account disappear with the money..

Can't use it anymore. Lost my money that was on the card??! Asking me to get a code via email but won't go past that screen. Connection failed to onlineorder.burritoboy.ca.

You need to buy stupid gift cards to pay for everything instead of letting you use your credit card.

Nobody at store level can tell me how to transfer my plastic card to this app. Just a hit and miss approach

This has made pick up so much easier. I love not waiting in line. Great app easy to use

So happy to see you can order ahead now. A huge improvement in service! New version looks a lot nicer and easier to use.

At the moment the only way you can actually use this app to order food is by registering a gift card with it. Does not accept credit, or show you the menu, or locations, or store hours or anything else. Don't bother downloading unless they update it.
