Worst service ever

Earlier they are not available in my area but now they're and now I used to with dhobi at home .

Very bad service....No reply no on time delivery.....Worst management.....

Fake compony... Very bad service... Always deliver torn clothes n some of clothes goes missing every time...

Clothe always goes missing... N never gives refund for missing clothes... Even they can't give payment their employees...Fake company. Thieves. ..

You are promising 9hrs and 48 hrs delivery , it's been 4 days since I have ordered for service , it's not even pickup for service , now cancel my order DHO-3642 , I don't want such fake servie , I will better go with local provider for service, and stop fooling people like this, I will never recommend you service to anyone

They delayed for pickup..but they done work on clothes.thats awesome

These guys thought that it was just another business but they forget the target customers they have are college students. And they don't respect the fact of them being students. The app doesn't have any updates as to the order tracking even when there is a section provided for it. The customer care service is poor and they don't even attend the calls. The delivery as well as the pickup is outrageously late. Overall their app sucks and I would strongly advise against it.

The service is great! The pick up and drop are really very organized. The clothes are dealt very nicely as well. Although, I m still facing the error while using the app as in I can't go any further from the register page. Please resolve that as well so I can use the app to utilize the services.

Dont give them your clothes even a handkerchief also to wash or Iron, I gave them 8 clothes or wash & Iron after 2 weeks they told that ur clothes was already delivered. But I didnt receive my cloths.i went their office there was nothing proper record of my clothes was found,as well as no one's record.Even though they didnt ready to refund my clothes value.. please dont give them for wash or Iron if u like ur dress. Bcoz ur clothes will not be in trustable peoples hand.. they sell ur clothes outside market.

I have given twice cloths for iron to them. First delivery was good and pleased with their service.For second time, I'm still counting days to get my cloths back after 60 hrs. Track history has not too updated. Disappointed!

Out of sheer compulsion had to use this service, highly underwhelming. No response when booking through the app have to call them and they take atleast 2 days to schedule the pickup and 4-5 days to drop them.

One of the best laundry services. I use to order via phone earlier but now it's a total app service I am trying to register, but unfortunately no success. Please help me with that .

WORST SERVICE NEVER PREFER THIS APP . Inhone mere clothes 1.5 baad diye and vo bhi completely Kharab karke and Washing is more worst than service And They are doing Fraud and Taking more money from customers

The service is good though but the time consumed is slightly high. So forget about clothes after pickup, just chill because they would take care of rest and provide you neat n clean clothes. Only time is the issue otherwise 5 stars.

Very Good Quality of Dry cleaning. work they have done is really good. Delivered my clothes even in full rain. Delivery boy was really dedicated. Team working behind this process is really wonderful. I appreciate.

Using the service from the month of February but never faced any inconvenience...... ALways on time scheduled pick up and delivery..... Loved it very much

Called up nd said wl pick up in half an hour. More dn 2 days has been passes but their 30 mins hv not come.

Had a pleasant experience with DOH ,they serve my clothes on time including wash and iron.please keep it guys .A small suggestions make your app tracking in working form so it's makes it hassles free for customer.

I have given clothes twice first time delivery was on time second time it takes 7 days and still i didnot get clothes worst service i will not prefer this again at all

Its now more than 110 hrs but still waiting to get my clothes. Their delivery person disconnected my call deliberately

Good service ever in heavy rain also they have delivered my clothes on time. earlier i used to with local laundry but they are delivering after 8 to 10 days later but when i experienced with dhobi at home i really appreciate to dhobi at home team,thank you i would like to also refer to my friends.

I have ordered six times.. but no one is replying from dhobhi at home

They dont wash the cloth properly useless to give cloth thier and plse dont give cloth to them

Very poor service. They lost my clothes and also didn't return their proper worth of money. Poor service and handling.

First they accepted the pickup and later they says they don't have service over my area, very disappointing.

Excellent and superb service, best quality I have ever seen, wash and iron service is likely to be used, very affordable rate, and ofcouse quick delivery, fully satisfied with service

You guys have to mention that it's only in Pune, before people download and enter their details. Sorry, but this has to be the information to the people who are downloading your app
