Interesting idea but obviously needs a lot of improvements. It should ask the city first or locate it automatically because tons of options are worthless if I can't find relevant ones in my city. Secondly, I didn't find any link to add doctors. You can always moderate first and publish later. Otherwise you won't be able to scale. And get some urgent UI makeover with revamped logo with less colours etc.
