Windpocket

Windpocket is a pocket guide to utility-scale wind power and wind turbines. It contains three elements: a glossary of technical and industry terms, a database of the worlds most popular wind turbines, and a tool for gaging the output and MW capacity of projects.

The turbines: contains over 100 of the world's most popular 1MW+ wind turbines in current use. Manufacturers include Vestas, Gamesa, Sinovel, Repower, Suzlon, GE, Goldwind and Siemens.

The glossary: is a list of the current terms in use, such as descriptions for foundations, turbine components and energy terms.

MWCalc: a simple tool to calculate the GWh output of a wind farm (or cluster) over a year. Likewise, it can work backwards and produce the MW needed to produce a certain MWh.
