iKitesurf: Live Wind Reports & Forecasts

Works great except for some reason it doesn't work on 4g data. Only Wi-Fi. Maybe its my phone issue? All other apps and internet work except this one

Nice app informs me of local wind conditions at my local kite spot. I just read the graph and see the wind stats hourly. This app connects to your nearest weather station in your area. Allow a few knots ± or - . best app for wind.

On my 45ft cat in St Maarten and use this app for all wind forecasting needs both kiting and sailing decisions, utilizes all the models necessary for accuracy. THANKS pam

New version is crashing on start right after the splash screen. Dear developer please fix this issue. For now only 2 stars for the crash issue. Otherwise it is a nice software that help me a lot.

Why does it need my identity? Subscription required to receive alerts.

doesnt work properly with weak mobile network, time out may be set to low. I get a 'no connection' error after 1sek, although I have internet ( it just would take a bit longer but the app doesnt try), wifi works but I need to use the app especially when beeing on the road in areas with lower network coverage

Regarding wind alerts: It triggers probably only if specified conditions prevail, but I need an alert when specified conditions are forecasted. It would be a great benefit. You could have an info about incoming storm for instance in opposite to have an info the storm is now

After purchasing subscription I only use the Web browser version as it has the ability to expand and make readable. Also on same page it has tides and forecasted winds. App version is too hard to read and nonexpandable. I have Samsung Note 4 and even in landscape mode on side still not useable. In Maui we seldom use the app for forecasts as it will forecast 17 mph and we regularly get 30 - 35, we use it to compare to see if a lull is coming or dreaded Easty-beasties. Also will look at Ho'okipa for trend

Not sure what happened but constant crashes on my Note 5. App is now worthless! Update! Fast reponse from WeatherFlow on how to fix and now back up to 5 stars....

Usually use WindGuru, but started using this tto see how it compares. It has gotten significantly better over the last year+ since I last used it. Very good so far, may be my new defacto source for tracking wind conditions.

Very handy, good widget, please make the option for 24:00 system instead of am/pm and a better looking widget would be very nice.

Many spots available. The data usage is large the first time the application is used (3 MB for a quick perusal of the application). After that the data usage is similar to other weather applications (0.3 MB for 3 minute use of the application) .There is no wave forecast.

Amazing site, great app

Love it...I am a kiter,stunt Kites(dual and quad line) and even some single line (k.a.p.,decoration lifters,etc.) And use the forecast option (free version) daily and love it. Wish there were more stations in my area , but love the app!

Super App, fast clean and accurate every time no f....ing about. I hate these other apps that say one thing and don't deliver, not this one mate ! I recommend it, you gota get it.Happy surfing :-(

...I have some troubles using my profile because it doesn't always remember my login. ..

I subscribe for the data and forecasts, which are excellent. The app... not so great. Have profiles working on web, look good. Don't display on phone, waits for a while and then force closes.
