Nice functionality, nice easily navigatable layout. Only two issues (1) the total of values from my second property is listed as $0.00 but it is added to my first property's total. (2) quite a few of the Price Paid will not save unless i also fill in the Current Price. Some will save with only the Price Paid filled out, yet most will not unless both are filled out. Thus far this is all I've encountered after two days of use.

Beta versions disguised as finished products are disgusting. Item count on dashboard is 0 yet value shows amount??? They need to pay someone to debug, in addition to writing the app.

App crashes when trying to enter items.

Like it a lot! It is a great free and ad-free tool to manage your home inventory. Has every feature you would need and no cruft. I have encountered minor bugs and pain points, for example that I cannot see the items listed by name within a room from the room view - but there's always a workaround, so it's never a big issue. Thank you for the great product!

Love the tool, but now I have a few items with photos it is really slow to load lists of items. This is on a 50mb connection on Samsung Galaxy tab s2. It is like the information is not cached on the device and downloads every time. The website is actually much faster and loads things quickly.

A bug fix has really improved this app. For my purposes, it's perfect. One tip: Of something seems to disappear after a crash while entering data, stop the program and reload. The data is stored in the Cloud so it isn't lost.

I haven't been able to log in to this app in over a month. Four attempts at contacting customer service were unanswered. I'm deleting the app and just using the website.

But currently unable to login on Android and unable to edit notes on an existing item. Support also has not assisted.

This has been very helpful and a quick way to keep track of my stuff. I find that it works best if I use reduced resolution photos (much faster), but am quite pleased with it! Thanks!

Every time I tried to add a new item photo it kept giving me an error about not being online and needing web data. Used to have this app when it worked. Now I can't even add anything to it. This app has become trash.

This is an OK app, but wow it is insane how slow it is. Why not offer some search and filters BEFORE loading thousands of inventory items?

Very hard to use. Won't itemize by room. Can't retrieve info.

Everything else is great, but uploading photos almost never works.

Used to work fine, but now when I try to add a photo to an item I get an error saying it can't access the web service and that it requires an Internet connection. Samsung S6 Edge. Android 6.0.1.

Simple, free, support images, report in xls and pdf and other features. It is only remaining a PDF report with intens images.

So for months I've been bombarded with emails about this awesome new version coming out only to fail. So many "convert" errors like in policy section. This is why I use Encircle. Best app in this category. Horrible launch of this redesign.

It doesn't work on my Android S6. I tried logging in from my phone and received an error message about some string and getting a converter for it. I tried resetting my password using my computer to see if that helped, and all I get is the spinning circle so I can't reset my password. I can't log in with either the computer or my Android.

I actually just barely using this app. It is very useful to keep track of your inventory. It makes it easier if you need to file a claim. In time, I would be able to leave a detailed review.

The new version released April 27, 2016 has a better interface than the previous version, but at least with the old version I could open up all the items I recorded. This new version crashes on almost any old item I try to open with "Unfortunately, Know Your Stuff has stopped." New items I create from the web app seem to open up from the Android app just fine. I'm not going to re-create the hundreds of items though.

I'm an insurance Adjuster so this should be a great app. This seems like it would be an excellent app, but it's not even functional if you can't get past the sign up screen! Update:rating changed to a 3. I just figured out how to get into the program.... DON'T put in a last name. Needs to be fixed. I sent long list to support folks....

I downloaded the app with the hopes to be able to just take pictures and upload them to my account. But it won't even let me login.

App works great. Camera integration is very convenient! I just wish that you had the ability to export data!

First, couldn't setup account in app so set it up on PC. Afterward, couldn't login to app even though an account was created. Bad app

Went to your website and created an account cause it wouldn't let me on the app, then tried to login on the app and it told me that it was invalid. I'll stick to the website for the time being, until the app is fixed

It says I cannot sign up bc I didn't enter my zip code...there is no box to enter my zip code...very frustrating!

You need to fix the bug! There is no were to put my last name, so it won't let me register. Very frustrating!

Like some others, I just downloaded and tried the current version on a Samsung Galaxy S7 running Android Marshmellow. I already have an online account which I can logon to no problem on my desktop, but this app just fails on a logon error using the identical username and password. Ridiculous! According to emails I have received from the authors, there is a new version 2.0 coming out in a couple of weeks. I will wait until my current version updates, then try again to logon. If it still fails, this app is GONE.

The website version of this app seems to work without any problems. And since there are not a lot of bells & whistles when using this program online, I don't understand why the app doesn't work any better than it does. Developers you really need to go back to the drawing board on this one for sure!!

Tried opening on my Android tablet. Got error message of Unterminated string. Uninstalled app and reinstalled. Same error message. BTW, I also have 3 problems with the new version, as detected when accessing on my laptop. Have sent 2 emails, but no response. Any help is appreciated. As of today (15.5.2016) I am still unable to access this app on my tablet, still getting the string error message. And on my laptop, the date of purchase defaults to todays date and will not accept a change, plus more probs. Checked again and still get string error message so I cannot open app on my tablet (5/20/2016). On laptop, I see the date issue has been resolved. Hopefully you are still working on the other issues. COMMUNICATION with your users would be nice!

This app. Is junk. Doesn't perform well at all. Havent had two hours trying to use it to no avail. Uninstalling it in 3-2-1 done. I'll continue to catalog my junk, with junk in the trunk.
