DIFC Wills

The DIFC Wills and Probate Registry App allows individuals and law firms to book appointments to register a Will at the DIFC Wills and Probate Registry, quickly and easily from their mobile phone. The app also allows booking appointments for other type of services, for amendments and cancellations to be made to any existing appointments, necessary payments to be made and gives access to important information about the Registry, including the DIFC Wills and Probate Registry Rules, all from your mobile phone. The Wills and Probate Registry (The Registry), a public entity of the Dubai Government, is an ancillary body of DIFC’s Dispute Resolution Authority (DRA) established by Resolution No. 4 of 2014 issued by Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the President of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). The DIFC Wills and Probate Registry works in conjunction with the DIFC Courts.
