(一)金融資訊:提供財經新聞、本行匯利率、基金淨值、即時臺灣證券股票、期貨、選擇權等國內金融資訊,並提供下列國際金融指數供查詢:
亞洲指數包括:馬來西亞、南韓綜合、日本日經、恆生期、香港恆生、星股海峽、上海A指、上海B指、上證指數、深圳A指、深圳B指、泰國指數、摩根指數。
歐美指數包括:德國、美元指數、英國金融、道瓊期、道瓊指數、法國、NASDAQ、NASDAQ期、那克100、費城半導、羅素2000、S&P500。
國際匯率包括:澳幣匯美、美匯加幣、美匯瑞郎、英磅匯美、美匯港幣、美匯日元、美匯韓幣、美匯台幣、紐幣匯美、美匯人民幣、美匯星幣、歐元匯美。其他:紐約輕-

(二)證券服務:目前尚未開放。
(三)生活資訊:提供國內外即時新聞、本行優惠訊息、計程車無線電話叫車服務、高鐵/臺鐵時刻表、臺北/高雄捷運路網圖、國內航線航空公司電話、銀行代碼查詢-
、統一發票、當日星座運勢、大臺北公車資訊、全臺美食推薦等功能。
(四)帳務服務:存款業務查詢、基金損益查詢、基金申購、基金贖回、基金轉換、外幣結購、外幣結售、外幣同幣別轉帳、信用卡業務查詢、票據、支存及證券餘額不-
足查詢、約定轉帳及非約定轉帳、繳交水、電、中華電信費、本行代收學費、信用卡費…等功能。
(五)客戶服務:ATM、分行服務據點查詢、與本行客服中心聯絡等。

注意事項:
1.欲使用帳務服務須先申請個人網路銀行業務,並於個人網銀開啟行動網銀功能始得使用。
2.欲使用證券服務須先開立證券帳號,並申請證券網路下單業務始得使用。
3.欲使用轉帳交易功能須先申請隨機密碼，請洽營業單位辦理或上網至本行全球資訊網「網路e櫃檯」使用您的晶片金融卡申請隨機密碼。
4.下載方式:
