Does exactly what I'm looking for. Only request to developer is to allow a feature that for after each question is asked, the microphone disappears until Alexa is prompted again. Also, I would love to see some custom background availability ( or even a transparent background option would be awesome) keep up the great work and thank you!

Very good start for controlling Alexa from a smartwatch. Works on controlling my lights and thermostats when it works... Often looses connection to the phone and settings need to be refreshed from the app on the phone. It also works for "tell me a joke" or "what's the weather" or "how many cups in a quart"... Keep up the good work, if it just worked 100% of the time it would definitely be a 5 star.

The app works great but I wish you can add a timeout auction for after sending a command so it doesn't stay listening for 10 plus seconds. I also wish it would support music apps like TuneIn or I Heart Radio. Also it seems to have the wrong time and I don't see an option to change that.

Pure genious! Now I can have Alexa everywhere. I also use IFTTT and AutoVoice/Tasker with Natural Language on Alexa, so can customise her to my liking. This app is an essential addon for such a combination. Even better i can call her from Wear, too. Love it!

I love this app! But I only have a concern. When you're linking it to your Amazon will it try and buy anything?

I really like the android wear feature ! Work great with my Asus ZenWatch 3. I can control my house and receive voice feedback directly on the watch speaker. Unfortunately I cannot assign one of the programmable button to launch this app, the "Alexa Listens" is not listed in the button configuration menu. Also it should be great if Alexa could listening directly without the need to press the mic icon (on the wear apps). Good job, waiting for update ;-)

The app has potential but is still very buggy. The wake word works sometimes and not others. Also need to be able to use from any screen or when phone is locked with wake word. Sometime is doesn't take my commands it just says processing. The I have to go back to my home screen and start all over again. If these things can be fixed and added it will be 5 star for sure!!!

This has some great potential! Seems to have difficulty figuring out when your command has ended. Even the setting to turn off manually only occasionally works. I keep getting the speaker listening function. Uninstalling for now but going to keep my eye on this one.

It does some of the basic Alexa tasks like asking a general knowledge question but I cannot use any alexa skills or smart home devices like on my Amazon echo dot.

I can see the potential of this but it simply doesn't work. Clicks in to my account - can see that on the Alexa app but when i ask it play me something it doesn't find anything in my library even though its connected to my account. Also won't control my smart home stuff and tells me to discover devices but then finds none. Update - can someone tell me how to delink this from my Alexa account!! Its messing with my settings but unlike a normal device i cannot deregister!!

This app has lots of potential! Obviously an early version, but impressive. Always listening feature sucks the battery life quickly, recommend an only when externally powered option. Also, music functions (Amazon, Pandora, iHeart) a must. I'm using a galaxy s7, and none of the music functions are supported.

Doesn't work very well and is very buggy. The app was able to process maybe 1 out of every 5 requests. I did find another similar app that works much better and this other app even does timers. Search for the app called Reverb for Amazon Alexa.

Hey guys. This works intermittently for Kodi, and not at all for any of my smart things. She says she can't find a device named living room light in Paul's account. Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

One of the most frustrating apps I had on my phone... Slow to respond... Cuts off in the middle of your command... Doesn't give you an answer half the time you give it a command...

It would be more intuitive if you Add a feature that allows for the mic to be activated upon opening of the launcher (on android wear) as it's a bit annoying to have to tap 2 icons before u can start giving commands

Outstanding effort!! When I first tried this app out, it worked spectacularly (using 'ok, Google' to launch, not always on listener). I then removed it, in the process of trying to figure out how to disassociate it form one account and add it to another (not a friendly/intuitive process, but that's an Amazon issue) and could never get it working quite right, again. Bottom line is, like others have said, it is glitchy (part of that probably due to android/amazon/phone OEM updates that break functionality). Fix those glitches and this wold easily be the best implementation of mobile Alexa available. Some are trying to build Alexa-centric apps based on subscription models; I do not do subscriptions and will not spend major money virtually any app, but I would easily spend $5 for a solid distro of this app (alot for an Android app). I might even be willing to but it a couple times, as versions began to require major re-writes to accommodate technology changes. For now, thanks WBPhoto. I'm moving in another direction in the short term, but will check back on this later :)

Stopped working. I used to be able to add to shopping list, now it just says Listening then closes.

Well it dose work but sometimes keeps activating on its own without the wake word ? Can be very annoying at times, please fix if you can

Someone else posted it doesn't work for UK users. I can confirm it doesn't work.

Does not catch my voice. As much and drops my convo i would like to talk with out touching The icon but cool so far
