Simple Workout Log for Android
Example workouts might include:
Workout: Ran 1 mile, rowed 2000 meters
Result: 5min 59seconds, 8min 2secs
Or...
Workout: Squat 185lbs
Result: 12reps
Use it for tracking weight lifting, crossfit WODs, running, cycling, swimming, jogging, jump rope, martial arts, whatever you need it for.
Unlike other workout programs Simple Workout Log doesn't force you to pre-program in your workout routine or enter in certain types of data (like reps or time). It simply tracks whatever you give it. All it needs is a description of the workout and the results you want to track. You can put whatever you want into these fields. Simple Workout Log will automatically tag the workout with the date it was entered into the app.
I like this app but it enters the wrong date and i dont know how to change the time zone ...otherwise perfect app for what i personally need.

best log out there u can log timed workouts and pretty much any thing with it nice!
