Easy, simple to use. Able to identify states from various geographic regions, which helps narrow it down if unsure. I wish it had descriptions, or at least a small bit of info, about the plants

The developer has provided an incredibly informative app of plants endemic to US states. His updates are extensive and follow a common program structure. I now use Montana, Wyoming, Arkansas, and New Mexico. I particularly like the ability to move the app to the SD card on my tablet. I highly recommend these apps.
