Wild Apricot for Android
OLT Theater
Not sure if it's just not agreeing with my new s7 but it won't stay open longer than a minute. Worked really well on my s5 but now it closes down almost straight away. (Edit 21/10 Since upgrade now works very well. Would be good to be able to filter by a few more of the custom fields in the app apart from name but might end up being too clunky )
Twice I have suggested improvements to an already brilliant app, and twice the developer listened and implemented my suggestions. This app is easy to use and integrates well to the web site.
I use a Samsung galaxy S7 Edge. The app sometimes logs me on... then closes down. Otherwise I log on and try to do a search...it then closes down. Completely useless at this time.
The app is helpful. The redesign is just ok. The dumbing down of navigation eliminating the use of the standard back arrow for Android users is annoying. The key word is "standard". I hate using application specific navigation for going back to the previous screen. I have successfully exited the app far too many times already. Update... When I navigate from contacts to events and then try to go back to contacts with the back arrow, I exit the app.
Great app! A tremendous resource for Wild Apricot administrators.
I've had the app crash 3 times in a row when I open an event.
For a 40meg app, it doesn't have much functionality. Many tasks I went to do it doesn't support. What it did do though it seemed to do without issue. Removing and using website.
Now I can access my Wild Apricot account from anywhere in the world! Thank you :)
I am quite excited to see what this app delivers, we teach karate in school halls. Currently the website on my phone, Sony z3, is just too clumsy with too many small links, or when I hotspot my laptop it gobbles up my data. This could be the solution, will update after some use.
Useful app and nice supplement to full website. Appreciate WA's fist version for the android platform.
On my Nexus 5 I could do everything through the web browser but with lots of zooming in, and small targets to click on. This looks like it will be much faster and easier to look up contact info, add or edit a registrant, and record a payment.

I'd love to see some non-admin functionality, like self-service account management and event sign up.
