I have been using wild form for about a year now and i have been really impressed by the multitude of uses i have come up for the platform. Working in agriculture and surveying in several countries this app enables me to design purpose made forms and integrate other data to add value to the entry (camera, gps, video and audio). This is great for a personal log of work in the field, projects to record activities or to build spatial data bases. Setting up forms is very straight forward and i have been using this app for pretty heavy professional applications mapping 1000's of smallholder farmers. If you work in development agriculture natural resources check this app out you will find a use for it. Well done wild knowledge team.
