Excellent app. A couple of things I noticed. App won't run in background. When screen sleeps the display timer doesn't keep counting. But the background timer is fine.

Good tool. Better than all the others and now 1mb. Little too easy to delete or overwrite current log - need to request confirmation before restarting

It's good BUT needs to prevent the phone going into standby mode.

Five start if we can add name of the player for goal scorer,yellow and red card. Second timer to control stoppage time.

Still trying to decide if I actually want to carry my phone while I referee, but this is helping tip the scales. I second the request for a confirmation screen before wiping out the match with the back button by accident :) Also, recording who got the goals or cards is a must! I can use the notes for this, but it seems like it would be easy for the developer to add. Finally, some way to get the match log out of the app and emailed to the league is essential. What's the point if I have to write everything down anyway? Its a great start, and I love that it doesn't need any special permissions, it just works! Its on the right path for how an app should work, simple, beautiful, and mostly functional.
