This is the demo release of the famous Import vCard Attachment app. It is free but limited. It does import all fields except telephone numbers and email addresses.
Now you can directly open vcf or vcard files, no need to store them on your SD card for importing!
This is the only vcard file tool available for Android, which can handle several contacts in one single file!
Even if you have several accounts on your device: just choose the one into which the new account should be created!
Additionally, vcards received via SMS can be imported.
Supports the following vCard entries:

★ Nicknames
★ Multiple email adresses
★ Multiple phone numbers

Keeps crashing on trying to import from file - I keep getting an incorrect file not found error. Too bad, would have bought the full version had this worked.

Recieved vCards via SMS, couldn't import on stock andriod 2.2, HTC Wildfire, downloaded this app and still couldn't import vCards so one star which = 0 stars.

I decided to try this before investing in the full app. It warned that it wouldn't import phone numbers or email addresses, so I thought "what do I have to lose?" Turns out that it deleted the phone, email and name of an existing contact, rendering the contact useless. Needless to say, this app is headed for the trash bin...
