Although the clock is sold in Canada, the App does not support Canadian postal codes (for weather) or Canadian iHeart radio subscriptions. Comeon iHome get your act together .. this is pretty basic stuff .. I am pretty disappointed with the IT side of this .. love the Hardware. Also add commands for ALEXA to control clock dimming and color choice .

Never was able to connect devices to the internet and neither Bluetooth on two different devices. Thumbs down for iHome products. Call customer support never had a call back over 48 hours. Had to return both items. :(

I have tried several times to set up this app and have not been able to, message when try to connect, "Internet may not be available". Do not buy this until they fix the bugs. I am returning mine.

The app worked once and It stops whenever I press the triangle for setting. Tried uninstall and reinstall, no luck.

App crashes every time I try to change the iHome alarm tone. I tried installing the app on my android tablet, reinstalling it, then installing on my android Galaxy S7 Edge with the same result. I set the alarm with Alexa but it does not work. All firmware is up to date. Very frustrating.
