generally OK Bought the Aldi boxes and bar in 2017 but the Tempo app is in need of an update, especially security. There is a bug that needs fixing, when listening to downloads on my Android the player always, at 20min in, cuts off or skips or loops. Unless I intervene and put my finger on the app. In other words I can't just leave the Android to play through a downloaded podcast without having to intervene every 18min. Very annoying

A good app. But the app doesn't have Pandora as many others have mentioned, which is a bit of a let-down. Would have rated it higher, otherwise.

I use iheart radio on this app which used to work well now i can only get stations from America and Mexico and i am in Australia so it is no use to me any more

Early days, but seems pretty cool. One disappointment is I can't see most of my preferred 'radio stations' on iHEART as the genre based search does not pull them up, nor can I search for them using free text so consequently I'm reduced to blue toothing from my phone which defeats the purpose of having iHeart (and spotify et al) installed on the speaker. Doesn't connect to my other wireless speakers -1*

Not happy, bring back pandora! Speakers are now glitching when there is more than 1 going. Please fix

I would like to know if there is a way to connect and control my new soundmax3 from my laptop the same as the app for my phone. Also would like to be able to be able to add additional services to the app along with Pandora, Spotify etc as I use other music streaming apps on my phone and would like to have them in the same Soundmax app

If you want Pandora and a host of other services then download and install the AudioCast app. It has been tested and is fully compatible with the SoundMax range of products and looks almost identical. Check it out its what i use now! :)

What happened to Pandora? Was having trouble sometimes connecting to Pandora but i could still get it but now you have removed it from the list....not happy.

It's rubbish. And my speakers keep turning themselves on in the middle of the night and talk to me FFS

I've copied about 15gig of music onto my phone. It never finishes scanning this and crashes (program exception) when I attempt to open the folder. I test multi-million dollar software applications for a living so I know software. This is one the worst pieces of software I've used. The bugs and lack of user friendly options (make a play list anyone?) make me wish I had never bought this system.

Why can't I add radio stations to Favorites? If I tap the heart, it turns red and informs me that my selection has been added successfully but it still doesn't appear in favorites. Fix this please. The app is not useable.

Please fix the pandora accessibility (and post the proxy setting for non us and new Zealand users). Please fix the favorites so they save.

Get program exception warning on open and app crashes. Tried re install with no luck

The worst app. Keeps crashing, keeps loosing speakers from the WiFi group. I'm about to take all six speakers I purchased back.

Works perfectly, all I need now is another set of the Braun speakers

but once that is done the speaker sounds great. Works for Pandora without proxy setting.

If you do you... will lose Pandora

Updated app and lost Pandora. That was only thing that made this app worth having. Favourites don't work. Playlists don't work. They both just continously scroll through the songs. Would not recommend this product to anyone and feel the speaker is a waste of time as I have to plug my phone in to play any of my music.

AudioCast App has Pandora plus a host of other sources.

selecting the 'heart' when on a channel and then the 'favourites' don't show any. states 'no favourites'. why not? please fix. also have to pair all the speakers each time I switch on the app again, can't play the same sound on all speakers without pairing each time. does not seem right?!

Could not get it to connect to the Wifi. Steps in the app did not work and was unable to use this speaker. Please improve your app to be more up to date and user friendly. (I.E: Sonos app)

Doesn't keep the speak awake. Speakers need to be manually powered on before the app can find them. This is a critical design flaw for a wireless/portable aystem.
