Have had unit for about 6months. Works great. Setup was odd. Kept saying it wasn't sync but when I opened everything was connected. Managing system and schedule easy. Only recommendations at this time would be customizable alert reminders alerting when watering with start and day of week listed at bottom of app for day that is next for watering. Currently is shows a time but I can't tell if it's that day or next day when watering is schedule. Otherwise app and unit does what is says.

Works fine . I really like it just got my 2nd Valve ,but app need improvement. Currently it looks like webpage from 90s . 1. Need major improvement to UI 2. Need alerting system 3. Need to integrate with local weather to auto rain delay .

What waste of my money. I own two of these and the new "updated" app won't even open on my Android. Close the app. Restart the phone. Still won't work. I litterly have to uninstall it, then reinstall it again to have it temporarily work. Might as well flush $250 down the toilet. Not to mention their so far behind on any compatibility with any other companies. No ifft. No smartthings by Samsung. Nothing. So forget trying to integrate it with anything. The don't allow their API publicized. So it might be integrated. It just can't because of them not sharing anything with the public. Zero star possible for this terrible app and its subpart company? Selling it all on eBay and going to a rachio. Don't waste your time and return it if you still can. Run far far away.

Features and functionality that used to work, no longer do. Difficult to reach support. Should be fixable since everything was working before the 'rebrand'

App was very difficult to set up and sync. Set up the system and went away for 2 weeks. Came back with plants dead.

Agree with other reviewers. Stay as far away from this product and app as you can. Serves me for thinking an irrigation company can do software. It does not sync consistently. Feedback from the valve is delayed or not updated. The "app" is essentially a browser to the website that cloud controls the valve. It's does not follow Android guidelines. It can't even to a manual 30 min timer correctly—usually stopping after about 5 minutes. Save your money and get an automatic timer from Orbit, Rainbird, or somebody else other than Melnor.

Love love love this device and app! I just hope it holds up. Not experiencing any of the negative stuff other people are experiencing. Control everything from my phone no matter where I'm at. Water my front and backyard with ease. Oh... Did I say I love this thing??

I bought this product a few months ago, set it up and went on vacation and it went oit.of service immediately. Since I came back from vacation I have been having problems with it, keeps going offline and now I am unable to connect, had to go back to the manual timers, I think MELNOR should go back to the drawing board with this, I am going to seek a retunr5 of my money on this.

Works awesome for what I need. I wouldn't trust the rain sensor part and I don't love the water running while I'm away. But the ability to turn the water on and off easily and remotely is great!

Great idea, meh execution. Think doesn't stay on the full time in manual mode. If it worked correctly would be a 5 star easy....
