It works ok if you are logged in your wifi area, but it is unrealiable when renotely logged in

You have to set AC and your account to North America for remote to work. Please fix Europe servers!

Remote connection doesn't work

EUROPE SERVER DOES NOT WORK !!! Just create account on US server and it will work.

Can't connect to the device outside the WIFI network (using neither US or european server). Even account registration failed for many attempts with timeout (regardless of the usage of WIFI or mobile network that worked perfectly for other apps at the same time)

It doesn't work at all vie gsm internet, i.e. no remote access. Only via WiFi but you have a remote control for this! No support and no fix for the problem!

Maybe the worst app i have ever used. Nothing really works. Never succeed on connecting anything

That's why you don't buy a Chinese product, absolutely no after sale support. On android 8 the battery drain is huge. how can i connect it to google home, alexa or ifttt?

Works most of the times. Sometimes the Gree A/C needs a restart to refind the connection.

Doesn't not work

I got this app because the unit I bought suggested this app. It's simple and nice. Somehow two updates ago, I cannot access a/c from the internet. It doesn't shows the device. Only way to access it, if I am in my home LAN. This started when an update changed location servers. After I selected a new server, I could no longer access the a/c thru the internet. If it is not fixed, it's just replaces the remote control.
