Could have been better...! After paying for bike and filling petrol, you can drive only up to 12 km per hour is little ridiculous...Please work on it.

I took one of the Duke 390s for 26hrs. Rates were reasonable but had to wait for the bike to come back from service so the rental timings were adjusted. This was an abused bike so it wasn't in the best condition. Gears were too sticky. The 100kmph speed limit(and the steep fines) makes sense for in-city driving but if you are looking for a highway trip then it doesn't make any sense unlike another competitor who has separate speed limits per bike based on the power rather than blanket <600 cc or vice versa. Please make sure to verify the ODO km reading before signing or better yet, take a picture. I almost got slapped with a 500kms run when I did only 150kms. Staff was excellent though. :)

I've read so many reviews here. Well, with respect to their Indira Nagar and Jayanagar office, the teams are superb, friendly and professional. I've experienced a few glitches with them though but no business is perfect. One thing I know for sure is their zeal to improve.
