Whova - Networking at Events

This app was very helpful and I can add sessions to my own schedule. I can also add my own agenda. I also downloaded the app last year. The app has been improved a lot - great job, Whova team!  The hotel's wifi was really bad, but the app still functions very well and I can access my schedule in the app. One suggestion is to have more events use Whova.

I'm glad that we used Whova as our event app this year. My participants just love this app, they had so much fun and shared so many photos in the event bulletin board. Some of them are still following each other after the conference. For me, personally, I was really impressed by Whova's customer service. I reached out to them whenever I had any questions, and they always responded to me promptly, even during weekend nights. I would like to extend our contract with Whova for my next several upcoming events. Thanks, Whova team.

Excellent event app, better than the one I used before. I like the event bulletin board, very handy feature. I used it to share my tghoughts about the conference, my comments about the talk, and some of my snapshots. The awesome part is: I got to know bunch of new friends because we interacted with each other through the app, this is something I never experienced before. I would say this app is way beyond my expectation, I will keep using it, and will definitely recommend to others as well.

It's a great app. I love this app. I attended one event and used Whova. It helped me get to know many people in the event and I get many connections. I love the meeting schedule feature and scheduled several important meetings. It's so handy and easy to use so that i never expect i can get so many from the event. It's so impressive and Whova app is the best. i also want to highlight support from Whova. They replied me on Saturday afternoon immediately. This is 5 stars (6 stars i want to put if i can) service.

I love this app. It was really useful when I was attending a summit earlier this month. It's got way more than just a digital brochure, although the schedule is definitely displayed in an elegant way. I didn't expect the networking aspects of the app. It's cool that I can interact with other people through direct messages, and it's easy to exchange contact info and schedule meetings too. I hope that some of the other conferences I go to this year will use the app as well. Great job!

The app allows you to create a personalized agenda, which is great for multi session conferences. However the location of events is not included in "my agenda" so while you know what you want to go to next, you have no idea where it is! Very frustrating.

Love being able to keep track of my agenda without having to hold on to a piece of paper. The vanity to talk with other like minded people is a wonderful bonus.

Cumbersome, messages get lost often and some of my contacts even complained they could not retrieve messages I sent them. Can't figure out how to delete old events, apparently this option is not available yet but it would be nice to have since users don't necessarily want to stay connected with past events. Not a very user friendly app in general.

Great app, but missing a few features. No way to turn notifications to vibrate, despite it being for Conference session scheduling! It doesn't allow adding events (conference sessions) to any but the default Google calendar... Not a calendar I use! But it gets better every year, so I'm looking forward to next year's version. Update: it doesn't show the room on sessions added to the internal agenda, or even in the full agenda. Argh!

Its great to have my Event organized neatly and easily accessible, Thank you Whova!

So far the app seems really useful for maximizing the ability to connect with other event attendees.

Use it for my USC Global Supply Chain Summit and it was very useful for providing logistical information.

Whova enhanced my experience at EMAC2017. It was useful to facilitate connecting with other academics,, networking, planning the event and finding relevant information about the Conference. I recommend this app.

Maps don't work, get the HTML page instead of the map

This made the conference I attended SO much more fun and easy to navigate the schedule of classes.

Worst conference app I have ever used.Intrusive, no respect for privacy, forced signup/signup, and clearly tries way too hard to be like an event focused Facebook. Event organises, don't rely on this unless your goal is to piss off your attendees

Great for setting up meetings and managing my time at conferences.....One complaint though...App does not rotate which makes it really difficult to use a keyboard and the messaging features on a mobile..... and yes.....Rotate is enabled in settings...
