OMG, have paid extra for this app to work and it's utter garbage. Last update was 2016 by the looks of it and it throws many errors. WHMCS is the most expensive billing software yet this app is ridiculous to be honest. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS UNTIL THEY UPDATE IT......

For now.. Its useless for me.. Using simple status things.. As if its a web app just moulded in android.

Get with the times. Its 2017... Apps should be a basic free include. The only way a company could charge additional for an app these days is if the app was next level awesome... This is below average... Really needs a complete overhaul and to be included in all licenses. Especially since the new plan increases. Whmcs staff, you guys actually need to bring this up in a meeting because at this stage it won't be hard for a 3rd party to come along and build something that does the job web hosts need. Remember before Google there was yahoo... Be better before someone better takes the opportunity.

1.5 years and no updates. It's buggy, sometimes it works and sometimes it does not. (JSONException errors or tells me it's not configured properly and I need a licence). It's frustrating when you run your business on this platform and when you really need this app it does not deliver.

Works well 70% of the time, sometimes gets errors and sometimes does not sync changes with system. For example mark payment paid in app and it does not change in the system.

Already paying for WHMCS. Why should I pay again? Why is there no notice displayed on Google play store about the payment?

I'm already paying for WHMCS monthly. Don't want to pay again for the app. WHMCS becoming very greedy day by day.

Wastage of time. Better to use Web interface.

Just another way for whmcs to charge you for more money.

The app has not been updated in a very long time but still functions. I would love to see improvements and enhancements to the app.

Why should pay for the app if I can access my whmcs site from browser. Why we should pay for something that we already have?

Why getting error?

Paid 35$ for this back in the day and now it asks me for a monthly fee on top of that... Screw this new company mentality!

This app works perfect to keep us connected to our customers and provide support... our ticket response a lot quicker now because of this... also let's us know how much we have made that day and month...

Considering the amount paid for a WHMCS license this app should be complementary ... Ridiculous

Support tickets cut off half way through, doesn't list orders properly. All around fail.

The staff have known about app breaking bugs for 6 months now and still haven't patched it. Don't buy their license.

There is so much you can't do with this app that should be possible.

What and excellent app just what the Dr order. It makes my hosting business run like clockwork. Especially when I'm away from the office.

Same error showing

It keeps showing old closed tickets whenever I go to the tickets overview. Really annoying.

Many tasks return 500/api errors. Been like it for months...

I like this app, it helps monitor work effectively however we can't control quotes with it. Please add the quote option so we can view existing quotes and convert them to invoice with the app.

No able to find options for attachment of file in tickets reply.

it SUX! ... $$ Bait ... You MUST buy add-ons or it is completely useless! We already pay for WHMCS so this Should be included for customers, but it's Not! Oh and it needs your License Key too! That should be integrated to check your server for the key. BAD SHOW... WHM/cPANEL & WHMCS all suck. Go with Virtualmin and support them instead.

This app goes from totally useless to semi-useless on a regular basis. Shame as it has some great potential. Not being able to search is a big problem that does not work. I really wish this app had a use. It is totally actually useless.

Web interface + chrome is far better. The app is nice and removes clutter but half of the features result in a 500 error on a fully working WHMCS install, leaving the fault dodwn to the app. You must also buy the $30 add on for each year you plan to use this app for. The installation is also very picky of the settings you input. Do not use this app, just use chrome and the web interface.

The app has it own flaws, however I can cope with that. What is most disturbing is the lack of push notifications for new orders, tickets, replies... I hope one day soon we will recieve that...
