I using this app to make int call with low price and crystal clearity. It user friendly.

As a customer I was misinformed and mislead and every time I spoke to someone they would conveniently say they weren't aware of their own terms and service. They have told one my friends that its just a matter of £5 and why is he making a big deal about it and another friend of mine to ask her husband how to download the application as she would not understand!! Charged us more by miscalculating!! I purchased £25 minutes as I was informed charges would be 0.5 penny a minute.They have given me a link to download their application - 'Whizphone' to make calls but it took me a week to figure out to how use the application as the options were not clear!! (P.S. I come from technical background) Finally, after a week I spoke to the customer service found out a way to use the application. I was informed that my local minutes will not be charged if I use their 'whiz call thru' option in the application. I started using the service and referred 3 of my good friends but none them were happy as there were no clear instructions and were charged more than what they were promised and customer service representatives & managers were so rude to them.

Installed this app to use with global tele links. When taking the account, agent said 1p or less than 1p to call india. In fact they are deducting 2p or more for a min, which is expensive than my current international call rate. Global tele links is just a rip off and the customer service is poor as well.
